My coach has been absolutely the best!!! Having him has made this so much easier, he’s been my go to guy to rant when I’m frustrated or just to show off the little achievements. I’ve found a lot of little tools I can use that have been helpful.

This company advertises for ozempic, has you fill all the paperwork out and makes you believe your all set then charges you 129.00 and prescribes something totally different and does not send a script for it. I complained and they stole my money . Only refunded me 95.00. This company uses fraudulent and deceptive business practices. Im a Registered Nurse with 28 years experience. They tried to tell me Metformin was gonna help me lose weight. NEVER asked or looked at any blood glucose levels. Metformin is a drug that has to be stopped for many tests in the hospital and is not the best choice for a weight loss program. Cavet beware

I have had a wonderful experience with Found. The staff and members are very informative, and supportive.

When signing up they advertise if you don't loose weight they will refund you. Bogus. I ask provider for 3 months to change medicine but they just kept increasing dose, even though I was gaining weight. Now my wallet is lighter, but im heavier. Requested refund from customer service who states they won't refund your money once you've been sent medication. Just a FYI.

I have been working with found for about 7 mths now and have seen the benifits of working with the doctors and the coaches. I started out with the glp-1 injections and when my insurance would no longer pay for thoes the Found doctors worked with me in a very quick fashion to help me find something else that would continue to help me. the app is helpful and user friendly. My favorit section is the personal assistant that will make a recipe for you based on the food you tell it you want to use. It so much fun.

I really appreciate working with my Found provider, who has expertise and understanding that my primary care physician does not.

Took my money Despite were only signed up for 6 months. How do you Automatically subscribe me to a monthly commitment WHEN THE POINT WAS FOR ONLY 6 MONTHS. Sent me screenshots not Proof that was Sent I WILL SHARE THIS WITH THE WORLD. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

pill pushing quacks hunting to get another sucker’s $500 fee. Don’t waste your time. They don’t deliver on their promise. Medical scam. Waste of time and money.

Found scammed me out of over $600, I never received any kind of medication or anything from them. They just took my money. Upon contacting them about this requesting a refund for the second $348 charge they pretty much told me "too bad, so sad. Here's 80 dollars." With a shoulder shrug and kept everything else.

Found listened to my needs and concerns and have helped me lose weight. I'm very happy with my progress.
