All of the clinicians have been very supportive and informative throughout the weight loss process. The support staff are kind and eager to help with any issue that may arise during your time with prime. I have had an excellent experience, five star, and would recommend Primehealth to others looking for success with their weight loss journey.

Overall really good experience
The process to start was straightforward. Transparent pricing. Medication arrived on time (also sent a script for nausea medication which was great). The labs included unfortunately did not have any locations within 100 miles but I had recently gotten bloodwork done so was able to submit that. Overall I’d recommend and will rejoin if needed.

Solid Program…
The program has been very straight forward and easy to follow. Any time I have had a question I get a quick response back typically by the end of the day or early the following day. It’s been 4 months and I’m down 15lbs. Looking forward to continuing on with the progress and hitting my goal.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! They sent me one bottle of medication and my credit card has now been charged THREE TIMES for a total of $800! The medication they sent lasted five doses and did nothing but upset my stomach. I emailed them multiple times and got the run around every time. I don't believe this is a legitimate company. Their name is very similar to another legitimate healthcare company, but they are not affiliated. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.
Easy to use platform
Everything was straightforward. Great platform and easy to use. Plenty of staff available whenever you need an appointment. I lost 20lbs in 5 months which was perfect. Thank you!

I absolutely had a fantastic experience with prime health! I loved that my meds shipped right to my door so soon after my appointments. Not only were they on top of easy at home virtual appointments and setting up labs, but they really listened to me and helped me when I needed adjustments like when I experienced some nausea. With the medication, working out, quitting soda, and gaining portion control I lost 50 lbs and reached my goal weight in months.. which is in a time frame I could not believe and could not achieve without the medication. Thank you prime health for being such a positive experience. I will be recommending you guys to anyone that asks about help with reaching their goal weight!
Great Service and reliability
The customer service and healthcare providers associated with this company were terrific! The sole reason for canceling my subscription is that my medical insurance is now covering the medication so I no longer need to buy it out of pocket. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to get their medication without prescription coverage.

The medication worked as promoted. They were with me every step of the way as I reached my weight loss goal.
Horrible service
Horrible service, horrible customer service. They promised that I receive the medication before a left for vacation. It did not arrive and set outside for 10 days. Then after chasing them for a week, they promised a replacement which they rescinded AND charged my account for another $299, wothiut sending that set of medication, either. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THESE CLOWNS! And they will "explain" it...

I am so glad I found JoinPrimeHealth. They have been wonderful. I needed something to help with my weight loss journey and they have given me what I needed. I am 6 months in and I have lost 50lbs so far and have had no issues getting my medication. They respond to all my inquiries in a timely manner and monitor your weight loss to make sure you are on the right medication at the right dose.

Overall experience with prime health
I read some of the reviews and I must say my experience has been great so far. From the time I started receiving my medication to getting my lab work done and meeting with the doctors to go over my medical history there has been no issues, I will say they do charge my credit card about two weeks before I’m due for my next dose other than that delivery is on time and I’m loving the results I’m getting with prime health.

They are very slow to ship and never ship after they charge your card
They bill you at the first of the month, but it is very rare for them to ship out on time. It can take 3 to 4 weeks for them to ship the product and customer service is not very helpful. I have had to call multiple times and they never seem to be able to get a hold of the pharmacist to figure out why my product hasn’t shipped. They always bill on time but then I have to call every single Month to figure out why they have not shipped the product. Seems like a scam.

Buyer beware
I received my medication promptly. I looked at the vial and could tell there was not enough medication. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I had enough medicine for 2 weeks. I since went back and forth with them for a month and a half about my refund or medicine replacement. They asked something different of me each time I spoke with them. After me telling them they are a scam and basically giving up hope , I did find a picture of the vial they said they needed to "hopefully" start my reimbursement. Of course I then received an email stating they needed the pill bottle photo. Not what they said to begin with . Surprisingly enough I came home to the medicine replacement on my porch. I do not want their medicine. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that this medication they send is not what it's supposed to be. Typically I use IVIM and will from now on save my money until I can afford them. I got real results and could tell I have taken medicine with them. This stuff they are sending is has so much of the , I'm guessing B12, or whatever makes the medicine red, that it makes the medicine gooey and stuck to the bottle.

I was disappointed with my experience
WARNING: DO NOT TRUST PRIME HEALTH
I am updated on my experience as it has gotten much worse. :
My experience with Prime Health’s compounded tirzepatide program was (and still is? a nightmare and I’m sharing this so others don’t waste their money or risk their health.
1. Underdosed from the Start
They started me at 2.1mg (lower than the standard 2.5mg) and capped me at 4.2mg without lab work. Many providers START higher than that, yet Prime Health still charges full market rates. Over 8 weeks, I only lost 3 pounds, because my dose was never high enough to be effective (and I now believe my medication was not what it claimed to be)
2. Missing Medication, and No Real Resolution
My second shipment was missing a dose. I didn’t notice until week 3 since it’s all in one vial. I was told they’d “add it to my next order,” but that would have forced me to stay at a too-low dose for 5 more weeks. Their policies make it almost impossible to fix mistakes without disrupting treatment.
3. New Safety Concerns with Second Month’s Vial
The short filled vial from my second month caused reactions I never experienced from my first vial. Raised, inflamed patches at each injection site that itched and flared up week after week, despite rotating injection locations. This had never happened with my first shipment, even though both supposedly came from the same pharmacy and had the same formula. That inconsistency is a serious red flag.
4. Lab Work Bottleneck
To increase beyond 4.2mg, you must do lab work through their partners, but appointments were unavailable for weeks. My only options: skip doses or keep paying for ineffective treatment.
5. Shady Pharmacy Practices
When I asked for a refund for the missing dose, I was told they could only replace it c except that pharmacy no longer even offers GLP-1s. I would have to “rejoin” and be reassessed. This is deeply concerning for any patient’s safety.
6. I Switched, and the Difference Is Night and Day
I left Prime Health for Ro, which partners directly with Lilly Direct for Zepbound, FDA approved and no stress about what I might be injecting in myself. It’s about $150 more per month more, but I now get a new vial each week which feels more sanitary m, have zero injection, site issues and after explaining my ordeal they started me at 5mg for the treatment and I feel confident I’m getting exactly what I’m paying for.
My Advice:
• Research the pharmacy — Ask your provider for the exact pharmacy name, then check it against your state’s Board of Pharmacy license database.
• Look up complaints — Search “[pharmacy name] + reviews” and “[pharmacy name] + complaints” to see if others have reported issues.
• Verify manufacturing standards — A legitimate compounding pharmacy should be PCAB-accredited and compliant with USP 797 standards for sterile medications.
• Watch for red flags — Sudden changes in side effects, inconsistent medication quality, or evasive answers about sourcing are warning signs.
• Insist on transparency — If a provider won’t share which pharmacy they use, walk away.
I’m still waiting for my refund as I will never take any medication through prime health again.
