Jollyes The Pet People - Doncaster Avis 

Visited today to have 10 rottweiler pups chipped and vaccinated..many thanks to the staff on duty who all did an awesome job.

Couldn't of been more disappointed with my latest visit. August bank holiday Monday.
Firstly I needed assistance but could not find a member of staff, this turns out to be due to them all at the front of the store having a chat. I managed to find what I was looking for myself but this is not where the issues ended. I believe that customer service should be the most important thing for your staff, it would appear though that the talk they were having was more important to your staff.
I didn't catch names as at least one staff member did not have an identifiable name badge, but a young ginger man and a larger girl felt that having their chat before, during and after serving me took priority to actual customer service. I always came here for the customer service, even though your nearest competitor generally has better prices and loyalty scheme, but this time has been a real let down.

Staff are alway welcoming and friendly. Happy to help with any enquiries and helped me pick the best food for my GSD with allergies

Fantastic company ,great assistants, I went for pop up vets ,what a bonus good on jollys,competitive prices all around and a great choice. Very pleasant experience.

Jollies is as the name suggests a responsible and friendly store and has a good range of pet necessities. The Staff are always happy to help, especially when it comes to carrying my purchases to the car for me.

The staff make it a lovely experience every time. I've been coming for over 10 years and won't be stopping anytime soon. You have a lovely team

The assistant was polite and helpful. I have had a brain tumour and now have mobility problems and I had got the wrong food for my cat and she went and fetch me the other one, and explained the difference to me

The staff are really friendly which is brilliant as you go in some shops and just get no greeting from anyone. The choice and prices are good too.

This is the second time I have been into the Doncaster store this passed 2 weeks and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. From sorting out a id tag for our newly rescued dog to help finding things in store.

I managed to find the bags of cat litter -but only after finding the more expensive one, loading it, did I find the Jollyes own type and had to change them. The assistant did not know anythinga bout cat food needing Taurine in it. IS there anyone who knows about that, having seen it advertised (expensive too) online as necessary for a cat's longevity? Anyway, I managed to load the 2 bags of litter and box of food all into the car alone- unusually. Normally a staff member assists me. I am not exactly young and fit!

Initially went for bird seed as this choice is acceptable both in value and mix in jollyes but on arrival was a stand with a new to the shop variety of cat food
I have previously bought this brand online so did purchase some whilst there it was pleasing to see a new brand as the cat food choice was in need of being increased. Obviously jollyes owners are learning there’s are many cat owners who like a good range of products
