Don’t ever call the Enfield branch to confirm an appointment. I spoke to the rudest manager I have ever experienced. The online booking system to book an appointment for the community vet is dire. There are always technical difficulties and the system doesn’t work properly. So being a customer I thought I would call to see if my appointment was possible, given that there was plenty of appointments available for the day. The manager abruptly shut me down by telling me it was my fault that my computer didn’t work and that I couldn’t come in and wouldn’t even check for availability, even though I had seen there was. She went on to say you’ll have to try again, my computer works fine! No customer service and assisting a returning customer, basically told to shut up and go away before she hung up on me, when I asked to speak to the manager and she said I am the manager. I replied can I take your name? No I don’t give out my name was her response. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Quick and easy from order to delivery

I brought my dog Dodger to Jollyes Enfield. I met the vet Anastasia and she was extremely caring with my dog, giving me good advice which I followed. I was very happy with Anastasia and I am very grateful to her and to Jollyes employing such a knowledgeable vet.

Vet Anastasia is a wonderful person, caring, knowledgeable and always willing to share her knowledge so it helps me to care for my pet. Her calm attitude and compassion makes my experience and my dog extremely special and fulfilled with confidence… I cannot recommend enough this Vet 🐾💕

I had a wonderful experience at Pet Clinic at Jollyes in Enfield (Crews Hill).
A special thank you to the veterinarian Anastasia, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She took the time to carefully examine my pet and explain everything clearly, making me feel reassured and confident that my pet was in the best hands.

The whole team was also very welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The clinic is clean, well organised, and the staff truly show genuine care and love for animals.

I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate veterinary team. Thank you to Anastasia and all the staff for the excellent care!

Great place, better prices than pets at home for sure and more variety. Just needs more for exotic animals. But I guess not many people keep exotic animals in London.

The young girl serving welcomed me with a broard smile. She was helpful with getting my purchases on the counter. Asked me if I had anaged to find all that I required

I recently took my dog to Jolleys Vets for her yearly vaccination and unfortunately left feeling very disappointed and concerned.

To begin with, she was weighed and recorded as 3.5kg, despite actually weighing around 2kg. For a small dog, that’s quite a significant difference and immediately made me question the accuracy of the appointment.

During the consultation, my dog was calm, friendly, and showed no signs of aggression. However, the vet appeared very nervous around her and seemed uncomfortable handling her, which didn’t inspire much confidence. She also requested she was to wear a muzzle, to which I said my dog has never ever bitten anyone.

What concerned me most was the vaccination itself. When administering the injection, the vet visibly flinched even though my dog didn’t move at all. I noticed some liquid come out from the syringe, which made me worry that the vaccine may not have been properly administered. The syringe was then quickly turned away and disposed of without any explanation, leaving me unsure whether the full dose was actually given.

Overall, the experience didn’t feel professional or reassuring. As a pet owner, you want to feel confident that your animal is being handled competently and that procedures are carried out correctly. Sadly, this visit left me with doubts and I will not be coming back for her next vaccination.

I used the vet and they were very friendly and didn’t keep me waiting. Their prices are very competitive too

No vaccination serum available for one of my dogs when I took them to get them boost of vaccinated bad management should’ve known better and should’ve had it in stock

Store is great and staff lovely but would be better experience if you accepted AMEX.

Needed to exchange a bird feeder for another - no trouble at all - I had the receipt. Also bought big box of cat food - which was carried to my car without any request from me. Thank you - staff always helpful here at Crews Hill.
