From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Untrained useless staff
Asking questions while purchasing items and staff didn’t have a clue, wasn’t interested if being helpful, rude and untrained. Joined up as a member in store spending £70 odd pound, to then later go back and purchase another £50 spent.. and couldn’t find me as a member as the colleague didn’t sign me up so no I haven’t had any points for my purchases..

The staff were great however ...
The staff were great , the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that it's pot luck if you have what I want in stock, the store could be relied on to always have what I wanted , making jollyes a one stop shop, I now have to go to pets at home as well as jollyes

What you say and do different
Nice and clean but they say the price match with goods so when the shops close bye run out I asked jollyes to price match but as it not in stock in the other store it's a NO. or the sacks of food I get £5 cheaper they refuse so why advise price match. Your not that cheap. The Range. Does pet food etc cheaper and that nextdoor
