Whenever I shop at Jollyes in Derry, I always have a satisfactory visit. The staff are welcoming, obliging and have no problem with helping to get packs of tinned dog food from a high shelf. Everyone... Voir plus
I liked alot about my recent visit but the parrot section could do with more puzzle games and some brands of pellets and other healthy treats.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. pet club membership a fraud at jolly's
jollyes pet club membership a con job i went to cash in my pet club points only to be told i cant these people are fraudsters and i have spent very large amounts of cash in there store every month only to be conned by them ,once again the pet membership is a con job you cant save your points ,i have asked my niece whos a solicitor that i am to ask for a pet club print out of my points and the two pound vouchers that i have cashed which is none , i plan to make a complaint and take them to small claims ,that's will be great press for a business and will expose the fraudsters once and for all ,this is also going on Facebook to expose them

Every time we went they said they didnt…
Every time we went they said they didnt have my email so I couldnt get club prices? But I received frequent emails with all the offers which of course I couldnt get when I went. Gave up and went elsewhere

I shop here regularly and I have yet to find fault with the staff. Friendly and polite is always a good start. Throw in some knowledge and willingness to help and you’ll never go wrong. The staff in this shop have it all.

Fantastic place to get your pet food. I bought frozen raw food for my Springer that was 8 for the price of 7 and then there was another promotion that took £2 off at the till....I was well chuffed!!

Very obliging Staff
Very obliging Staff, it is a pity they did not maintain the Vet, as the vet companies today are not interested in your pet, only get the money out of your pocket.
That is my experience, sad to say.
