From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Great service from the staff member who…
Great service from the staff member who we were met by when taking our dog for the vac for life vaccination at our local Jollye's store. The lady was extremely friendly and welcoming. The vet as well was extremely friendly, caring and took a genuine interest in our dog and his health and well being.

I bought a large bag of cat food and…
I bought a large bag of cat food and they kindly lifted it to the counter and put it in the car for me as it was too heavy for me to lift. (It stayed in the car until my nephew came home from work).

The staff were extremely helpful regarding pointing out where particular products were when asked and extremely friendly and welcoming.

helpful staff and good service
Try to find black cricket to feed the gecko. No luck, cannot find it in store. I checked with staff in store, they helped me to check any available stock in warehouse. Finally, they find 3 packs for me.
The gecko had a happy dinner.
