Everytime I go in this store the staff are always busy making sure the store is tidy , clean well stocked and you are never left waiting ages . The staff are also very well presented in appearance. Customer service and their mannerism

The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The store was really clean and well stocked. Sadly the vet cancelled the clinic and we had travelled many miles to be there. But the staff were really kind and supportive, making the decision to close the clinic more acceptable.

I easily found the items I wanted. The lady at the till is very nuce and helpful. She made me smile and I left the store feeling happy. 😁

Great staff, really helpful. I needed cat items which they do not stock a great variety of (they have more dog related stuff) but I managed to get what I needed eg: food, basket, toys. The staff are really polite and ready to help and give advice if asked. They also have a loyalty card which gives offers. Definitely will return for further visits in the future.

Please, please, please Jollyes send your stores what they need instead of what you want to send. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats all on your own brand lifestage dry biscuits. I don't know what the issue is but every time I've been in to your Peterborough store for the past few months I've been unable to get either the dog biscuits or the cat biscuits. When I bring it up with the store, they advise me that they don't get a say in what's delivered which is crazy!! I stood in there yesterday and saw shelves full of other brand bags which clearly aren't selling and yet your own brand sold out. There was a delivery today and no, you did not send your own brand cat biscuits and there is none on the shelves. Your stores are so few and far between, it isn't as though I can just go to a different store as they are miles away. I do not understand how you can not stock your stores with what they are running low on and especially your own brand. I've been shopping with your shop for years and I'm really disappointed in keep going in there and not being able to get what I need. The staff are fab, whoever decides what product goes into what store really needs looking at!! Not happy at all. I'm going to try once more this week when they get their next delivery and if what I need isn't there, I have no choice but to go to a different company/store. Let your stores tell you what products they are low on!!!!!

Staff at branches helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Website crap. Take note senior head office management, but for a rubbish website I would have given five stars.

Fantastic staff and amazing service, our little puppyface always gets fuss and treated like a princess with every visit, lots of products and at great prices too
