À propos de l'entreprise
Écrit par l'entreprise
From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. A full list of stores and advice for customers on owning a pet can be found at www.jollyes.co.uk. Don’t worry if you don’t have a store nearby, you can shop and find helpful advice on our website.

Lovely friendly staff
We have recently became owners of a kitten and we popped into Jollyes as we live near by to pick some last minute bits and pieces and while we were checking out the lady behind the counter was chatting and she was so helpful and let us know about the pet clinic that Jollyes offered, think her name was Tina short blonde hair with glasses, really lovely and friendly. I then went on line to book an appointment for microchipping which she advised us, we had an appointment last night and again the Vet was really friendly and the lady taking our details was lovely too. I have now booked a further appointment for the first vaccines with Jollyes, its really convienient for us as we live so close and all the staff are just really lovely.

Knowledgeable help with a smile
I asked for some information on kibble dog food and the young man who helped was very informative, friendly and also honest about ingredients. He happily lifted our choice into our basket and checked at the till if we needed any help to take it to the car.

The prices are way lower then the other big pet shops
they have lots of pet toys that i have not already got from other stores who just seem to sell the same stuff all the time
Give them a try i think you will like it..

We LOVE Jollyes
We LOVE Jollyes. Great stock, helpful & friendly staff. Have shopped here for years for both cat & dog food, as well as treats/gifts/toys. The dog loves to visit Jollyes to browse (he knows the word 'Jollyes', plus we get to weigh him. I recommend this place to every pet owner I know.
