I would highly recommend anybody to go to Jolly Tots for their pram and travel system! Both my brother and I have bought for our respective newborns and they're incredibly helpful, amazing service and always do you a great deal. Much better than going to a big chain store! Dave was super helpful in ordering our pram and travel system this time after we'd visited a couple of times before where other staff had happily helped us with information in a no pressure way to get to the best product for us. Cannot recommend them enough and praise them for being a brilliant local business.

Visited the shop today and was served by demi she was excellent answered all our questions and showed us the options available and how to use the pushchair and everything was explained in depth
Ended up buying the pushchair straight away and they had it in stock also .. price was very competitive would definitely recommend

Absolutely fantastic service. We came in with very little knowledge and really unsure and left feeling completely reassured and with a whole new travel system purchased! Dave and Harvey were absolutely brilliant, would definitely recommend. Fantastic discounts too!

Genuinely a great shop with a range of options and goods for babies and children. There is many different price points and the staff are friendly and attentive from the minute you walk in.

This time round I was looking for a car seat and asked for advice from staff who were extremely helpful as I was unsure which was the right one to get due to height/weight etc.

Jelly tots has been used by my family since 2020 and we all return whenever we need something due to their great quality, affordability and attentiveness. The customer service is top notch.

I left with a lovely car seat, in my price range today, which I am very happy with. The staff member whose name I didn't catch also gave me a quick demo so I left feeling confident how to change the height etc of the seat easily.

Great prices and service

Dave was extremely knowledgeable and helped us select the best stroller for our baby. We wanted something smaller for travelling when we wouldn’t take our Silver Cross Cove away. I want to say that I highly recommend Jolly Tots over Newbie & Me a 100 times over. I ordered the Silver Cross when I was 16 weeks pregnant and received it days before my due date. They didn’t inform me of delays and I had to keep calling them to see what was going on.

At Jolly Tots I left with my stroller the same day! Everyone was super friendly and told me that if they didn’t have the pram in stock, they would be able to get it to me within 2 to 5 days!!!

I highly recommend Jolly Tots as the place to go in Birmingham and the surrounding area (we’re from Coventry) to get your pram/travel system. Also at really good prices!

Great service and great product.

Great customer service and very quick delivery. I was initially hesitant about the site, thinking it was a scam - given the prices were so good for new products - but I drew comfort from the positive reviews and the ability to pay by credit card. However, my new pram and bassinet quickly arrived as advertised, still in unopened boxes, and I couldn’t be more pleased!

I had a fantastic experience at Jolly Tots. This is my second time purchasing from the store. Last time I bought travel system for my newborn, a play gym, a baby bath and bassinet. Today I purchased a cot for upto 4 years old. Rachel was very helpful and provided amazing customer service. If you want excellent products that last at affordable prices then look no further!

Racheal was an amazing help today when I went to collect my pushchair, she gave me all her time and showed my a demonstration on how all the different functions of my new pushchair work. Nothing was to much to ask her

We purchased a pushchair travel system today, and the service we received was outstanding. Dave, Louise, and Demy were all incredibly helpful throughout the process. They took the time to answer all of our questions, provided expert advice, and made what can be a very overwhelming decision much easier.

Choosing a travel system involves a lot of options, but their patience, knowledge, and friendly approach gave us the confidence to make the right choice. We’re extremely grateful for their help and would highly recommend visiting the store if you’re looking for excellent customer service and support.

From the moment we entered into Jolly tots shop we were taken back by the amount and range of products they had to offer! No where near us has anywhere near as much!
As 2 newbies to becoming parents we were welcomed by Dave who made us feel comfortable and was very informative about the products (especially prams) they had to offer.
He made the process of buying a pram seamless and was very friendly!! Not only did Dave give us advice he wasn't quick to sell us more products for the sake of it and gave us different opinions for both options available!
We are very pleased with the service that was provided and would definately recommend this place to anyone expecting or who has children!
Looking forward to receiving a call to pick up our pram - which i must say 3 days wait (including a sunday) is pretty good going!
