Jolly Tots Avis 

Needed a new car seat for my daughter, saw an open box ex display one advertised. Messaged and Jelly Tots responded really quickly letting me know it was still available. I sent the money across on Saturday and it was delivered early Tuesday morning.
Exceptional service and really quick delivery and the car seat is perfect!

Lovely staff, talked through payment options and was very helpful. Cannot wait to pick up the pram we chose.☺️

I managed to finally get hold of someone via the telephone number. Since that call, the company continually contacted me with updates about the missing seat. A seat did arrive within a few days of the original phone call. I do appreciate the updates.

Ordered on FB yesterday, they very helpfully sent me pictures of the stroller and helped me purchase a carry seat that was within my budget. Everything was delivered the next day, cannot fault it.

Bought a travel system, was not told it was on offer as it was discontinued and you can no longer purchase an isofix system. Making us feel our baby is unsafe in car. We have had to purchase bew travel system. Jolly tots said “it was our fault because we did not tell them we wanted an isofix” no offer of help just blaming us and getting out of not promoting the product correctly

We have been using Jollytots since 2021 for both our children on various prams, car seats, baby play pens etc and honestly they deliver the best service ive ever had! Bought a silvercross pram at the start of the year and the clip on the bassinet snapped meaning it couldnt be opened up and used, jollytots contacted silvercross for us, got a replacement sent out next day delivery with a returns label to send the old one back, the new one arrived at 9:06am and they came back to collect the broken one that I had to box up at 9:43am, done and dusted! I dont think ive ever had a service done so fast and efficiently before! The friendly service instore they always know the answers to any questions they've all got such good knowledge of their products aswell as the aftercare service is just top tier ill never use anywhere else.

Brand new double buggy for a fraction of the price for my baby and toddler. I ordered Sunday afternoon and it was delivered by Tuesday morning, the guys at jolly tots responded quickly to my enquiry and nothing was too much to ask. My only downside is that I’m gutted I didn’t know about jolly tots when I had my first baby. But will not be going anywhere else for the future. Thanks so much
