First ordered from this company years ago for my twins and service was good then.
Ordered again yesterday and once again, good service.

And delivery 27hrs after ordering, that’s fantastic !

Great shop decent prices, a great range of baby toddler items that are actually needed. A fluid display of items all three members of staff were helpful. Will go back for other items best store in Birmingham in this field.

We ordered our travel system back in May, we were served by Harvey who talked us through all the different travel systems, bundles and how to set up each style. He helped us try different brands in our car to find something that fit a smaller boot. Eventually we decided on the Venicci Upline 3. Harvey had shown us all the extras available, how to fold and assemble, talked us through the order and delivery process and answered all our questions. We’ve since been back in with our tiny bundle to purchase some extras bits we needed and we were met with friendly faces and well wishes. We will be back in future for any other items we need as baby grows. All the staff are approachable and well equipped with the knowledge to answer all your questions. You get a much more personal experience at JollyTots than you would elsewhere.

Would highly recommend Jolly Tots. Prices are much lower than other bigger companies. I was interested in product range and messaged them on Instagram. Their responses were super fast and gave me the confidence to purchase the set. Delivery was also fast, arriving within 2 business days. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a pushchair on Monday and was delivered by midday on Tuesday. Brilliant customer service and easy to deal woth

Within 15 minutes we made our decision on the pushchair due to an amazing demonstration and knowledge from David! I thought I would’ve been browsing for ages due to how indecisive I am but I was sold pretty much immediately! I even learnt new things about baby safety which I am so so grateful for. A top tier, easygoing experience and an absolute bargain - would highly recommend this place to anybody for all their baby needs. A huge thank you to David and Rachel today, you guys are amazing!!!!
