Great service, I made a mistake with my address and emailed them. They whatsapp’d me within the hour to let me know was all sorted and got my watch the very next day!

Ordered watches for gifts which arrived promptly and were beautiful. Unfortunately they were not to the recipients' taste and were returned. A refund was issued within two weeks as promised. Great service. Would recommend.

Outstanding service and perfect watch!
The service from this company was amazing! After a mix up from royal mail and my parcel not being received, I contacted the company who got back to me straight away and sent out a replacement watch the very next day! The watch and free bracelet were just as described in the picture and very reasonable prices! Highly recommend this company! Thank you once again!

Very pleased with the immediate reply from customer service with my enquiry.
The Michael Kors watch was exactly as described and delivered very quickly and well packed. Also appreciated was the cute little bracelet. Can highly recommend and will definitely be buying from Jonathan's watches again in future.
