Easy and quick purchase, website was easy to navigate, unlike some. Order arrived within the delivery time frame. Contacted customer service for a delivery update and they sent me the tracking link. The watch was a present from my Dad and I love it.

Easy and quick purchase. Made an error on delivery address. I contacted and they resolved this issue with ease and speed. Thank you for this as it’s a birthday gift and was worried about receiving the goods. Watch is amazing. Thank you. Can’t wait to hand over to the birthday boy in 2 days!

I ordered a watch but it didn't arrive
I ordered a watch but it didn't arrive. I was sent a photo of it being delivered by the postman and put into my recycling box instead of my instructions to leave with my neighbour. I panicked because the recycling had gone! Jonathons sent out another watch immediately which arrived the following day. Thankyou for excellent service. My granddaughter loves her watch!!

What an amazing experience
What an amazing experience! Customer service was honestly 10/10, I forgot to add next day delivery and when I contacted them via WhatsApp they responded within minutes and helped me.
The product itself was packed very well, and it was in pristine condition. Gained a loyal customer 🌹

Ordered a watch
Ordered a watch, came quickly, all in working order, great value for money.
I didn't get a tracking number so I messaged them and they messaged straight back with my tracking number.
Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be using again!

I ordered a watch from this website, I didn't receive an order confirmation email so used their what's ap messaging function and got a response straight away. The watch arrived quickly in a nicely branded bag.
