Something For The Weekend Band & DJ (30th Birthday)
Wow this band were amazing , they played at our daughters Wedding a few years back and we have used them for our Corporate Christmas party twice and now our sons 30th. They are fantastic, real crowd pleasers and can play anything ! We had so much feedback from everyone - they really made the night! just so so good!!!

The perfect band for our evening.
The Wilde One’s definitely made our wedding evening. We wanted something more Indie than a typical wedding band/dj. Really friendly and they sounded great. We loved their version of our first dance and received a lot of compliments about them. Booking via Jonny Ross was really easy too. Thank you.

We couldn't have wanted a better…
We couldn't have wanted a better experience from the DJ and Sax. Alex's (the DJ) energy and passion for his work flowed onto the dance floor, every time we looked up Alex was always smiling and dancing along with us. Jasmine (the sax) is so talented and did an incredible job too, we loved that she joined us on the dance floor when she was playing and even joined in on our first dance which is memory that we'll cherish.
We'd absolutely recommend Alex and Jasmine and also Jonny Ross Music to other wedding couples.

Excellent service from start to finish. We had the full DJ and Sax package for our wedding with the day time being their ‘cafe del mar’ package and it was simply fantastic for us and our wedding. Lots of flexibility and personalisation available too. We had Nick and Will as our DJ and sax and both were faultless.

James was fantastic and created a really good atmosphere for everyone. We had a good mix of younger and older guests and James found a great balance that kept the dance floor full throughout the night. The booking process was easy and I would highly recommend.

Best DJ and Sax experience ever!
Had so many compliments about the music and the DJ, once the heat had died down the dance floor was packed! Some of my favourite memories of the whole wedding was the dance floor. We’ve also been sent so many videos of Nick’s daytime sax sets and this was the absolute perfect backdrop to our day. Could not be any happier! My only regret is not chatting to Nick and Danny as I was so busy but they seemed so friendly and happy to be there so please pass on my huge thanks. The communication from both the artists and Jonny Ross Music was fantastic but also very relaxed and friendly which was welcome in amongst all the stress and chaos of wedding planning.

Avenue 22's brilliant music (live and DJ sets) brought the party to our wedding!
We booked Avenue 22 through Jonny Ross Music for our wedding in June 2025, which took place in Sheffield. The communication with the agency was great, and once we were booked in, we were put in touch directly with Carly from Avenue 22. Carly and the band really got the party started - everyone loved the band. They are a super talented group of people, and the setlist that they pulled together for both the live music and the DJ sets were perfect. Set-up on the day was all super smooth, and comms beforehand with Carly was quick and helpful. Highly recommend!

The most amazing evening entertainment…
The most amazing evening entertainment for our wedding! DJ Live was just perfect to get the crowd going and keep the dance floor full all evening! All our guests commented on how great the guys were and that it was the best entertainment they’d seen at a wedding! We booked a DJ and saxophonist through Jonny Ross Music for our wedding day, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience! Even though we had a smaller guest list, both Danny (DJ) and Nick (sax) brought such incredible energy and kept the vibe going all night.
They read the room perfectly and created the perfect atmosphere—from relaxed moments earlier in the evening to getting everyone up on the dance floor later on. The live sax alongside the DJ was such a standout touch and really made the night feel extra special.

Highly recommend! From start to finish, the professionalism, care, and attention to detail brought to our event by The Jonny Ross Music team was clear to see. The atmosphere in the room was absolutely electric, the music was outstanding and the feedback we’ve had has been incredible. Everyone had a fantastic time, we didn't want it to end!

Wedding day band!!
We booked Colour Blue through Jonny Ross music for my daughters wedding. Wow!! The band were amazing. They made the whole day so much more special. They turned up promptly on time , were really efficient getting ready and were so friendly and polite to deal with. Then the music started!! They did the actual wedding songs acoustic and then a gentle chilled out set while we were having food. Both were amazing. Then on the night they did 2 sets with the full band including saxophonist. Literally everyone commented how brilliant they were and they kept the dance floor full all night. The wide range of songs , the interaction with the crowd, music , vocals , everything was first class. I would give 10 stars if possible. Everything starting from the booking process to the last song of the night far exceeded our expectations. Can not recommend highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

Incredible entertainment
Incredible entertainment for our wedding party a few weeks back! We had Danny Nick & Pete with the sax and bongos and our guests and us loved it! The dancefloor remained packed all night and the music choices they played were amazing! The group were very professional and communicated via WhatsApp prior to the event. In regards to booking Jonny Ross was very thorough and attentive on emails! Would definitely recommend

Best band ever!
Booked the Big Shout Band and had the best evening ever, the band couldn't have been more accommodating for our wedding party and the atmosphere was electric. We've had so many rave reviews from guests and lots of 'the best band we've ever seen at a wedding' comments.
Super easy to deal with both Jonny Ross Music and the Big Shout Band directly, we were unsure of our first dance song and their suggestion couldn't have been more perfect.
We're hoping to have a 10 year wedding reunion party and want to book Big Shout again!
