Unacceptable customer service. Have been trying to return an item for 2 months now! No responses to emails. Please do not use this company.

I purchased this product on June 24th as really suffer from lower back pain.
Sadly it didn't help and I asked for details on returns ( label/address) . I was advised to give the pillow a full 10 day trial, which I have done.
Now their 14 day return policy is about to expire and they are not returning my emails. Not impressed - they gave a full refund if not satisfied 'contract' but they are not fulfilling their part

The pain in my hips and back have been getting better every evening from using your pillow cushion. I am so glad I found it . Can’t wait for my shoulder wrap to arrive .

My sciatic pain has definitely improved since using the knee pillow

I recently purchased the Joololo smooth spine alignment pillow, which I use while sleeping. My order was completed quickly and easily, and the pillow arrived speedily. It is super comfortable to use and took no time to become accustomed to.

I had pain all the time when I sleep on my side since I start using this cushion the pain went away and it’s very comfortable

Wanted to return as too big and found it made me really hot. 6 emails to customer set have and never replied !

It’s only initial stage and I am still trying to use it every time I go to sleep.

I would like it better if it was to stay on my thigh, the strap is to big so it’s very loose and it keeps moving down my leg.

Very comfortable, love the strap that holds the pillow in place when you flip to other side.

This product has excellent for helping my back and hip pain from my first night of using it. It has made a huge difference I can't be without it at night now. Highly recommend

Love the quality and is easy to roll over in. My back feels great.

This leg pillow does help the sciatica, but I was disappointed that I couldn't find a way to access the e-book of exercises they said were included.
I contacted them for help and within a short while, they were very helpful and sent me the book as an email attachment. It looks very useful.

The knee pillow is made of good quality material and is quite comfortable.

Do not buy!!
I wanted to return my knee pillow, e-m'd them day of receipt - no response.

THEY ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT, WILL NOT RESPOND, YOU WILL NOT GET REFUND SCAM!!

Beware..I am having a very bad experience with this company. I bought a Joololo pillow and after using it for a week, had hip pain so I contacted the company for a refund (as they advertised). The pillow was shipped from an address in Ontario. The company wants me to ship the pillow to France which will cost over $60 before they will refund my money. This is a total rip off and potential customers..BEWARE!!!!
