Jow is the best in the business when it comes to meal prep + ordering groceries. I typically shop at Kroger and Jow has so many recipes that match exactly what you need from Kroger. It does all the heavy lifting for you and has made grocery shopping so much easier!

A $10 coupon does not fairly compensate for a $25+ loss, especially when I followed your system exactly as presented.

I love this app. Its a totally free meal planning app. It adds the ingredients you need for the meals you chose, u can also add or remove items from your cart then just go pick them up from HEB. Also there are a bunch of ways to get discounts so your groceries are even cheaper.

This business really came in handy around the holidays and not only that when I’m working, I do HVACR, my days are long and hectic, but being able to order ingredients for a recipe and automatically puts it in your cart and there’s perks and they put it all together for you cause I use H-E-B. It’s such a time saver when you have a busy life or anything and they have great recipe’s.

Great inventive app that helps in my busy lifestyle. Not only can you order groceries for what you actually want to make to eat at home, it allowed me to save more money by not charging extra fees. I love that I can remove items from my cart if I already have them at home. The recipes are very tasty and they have new ones that pop up often. It's a win win situation with this app, which also gives rewards and points as you order along.

I’m a busy guy and I love to eat home cooked food. It’s great that I can pick from hundreds of recipes and just drive to my grocery store to pick up the ingredients. No shopping needed, and the food is actually good.

I was never great at meal planning or prepping before I downloaded Jow. I was so exhausted from the work week and just life in general. The last thing I wanted to do was more work. After I downloaded Jow I am no longer menrally fatugued. I kinda feel like I have my life alittle more "together". I don't have as much mom guilt from not always providing a healthy home-cooked meal. I love that I can pick the serving size,the store to send my grocery list to,AND what kind of meals I want to cook. I love how easy it is,I hate going to the grocery store,now I get everything on my list sent to the store,I pay online and schedule a day and time to pick it up curbside.

I love the app Jow, it truly is so convienient to use as a busy mom of 3. The meals are truly so good and so easy to make I love that I do not have to use multiple apps for the recipes and delivery, it's truly a one stop shop and makes everything so easy. I love that you can customize your diet and allergies too so the app never gives you what you can't have.
