Great customer service without being on hold forever! My original item was not working as it should, but after submitting my request for a replacement, they took care of the problem quickly. I was offered a refund or another item.

Cheap. Not worth it. Fan blew up after 4 days.

The blow up is great… but every now and then it falls over… we have moved the guide wires and that helped… but beside that… we really enjoy it!

There was a delay in delivery, but the customer service team was very transparent and gave plenty of updates on shipment. Product itself is a perfect addition to our Halloween decorations and a great value.

Love these crazy light-up tentacles! The neighborhood loves them. They’re easy to install, stay in place and run quietly. Perfect addition to our Halloween display. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but accurate! Got a great deal on JoyFy! I would definitely order again.

These are a great choice for tentacles. Easy to set up and are perfect!! They say for windows but I add a baggie full of rocks and used them in my lawn for Halloween! Perfect!

Love my carriage inflatable. I have had it up for 3 weeks with no issues. It has survived 3 wind storms and heavy rain. I look forward to doing more business with Joyfy in the near future.

No issues at all. Got two 8 foot inflatables. It did take some finagling to ensure when they inflate they stay upright but it is not difficult to figure out the appropriate locations for the stakes

Joyfy kept us informed as to when our product would ship and it got here in plenty of time.

The product is delivered very quickly so if you need a present ASAP you are in luck. I ordered the fire rescue truck toy set. My grandson loves it. It’s well made so it will last a four year playing with it.

The delivery was ahead of schedule and the product looks great. I gave it a 4 and not a 5 only because we thought it would be bigger than it is. We will be taking pictures of trick-or-treaters with it at Disney Fort Wilderness when we are there camping at Halloween.
