This company is AWFUL! I wish I could rate it a zero star. What was advertised versus what I received were not the same thing. I ordered a professional looking product and received something that looked like a 5 year old art project. Absolutely embarrassing. I immediately contacted the company and kindly explained my thoughts along with pictures asking for a full refund. The first response was an offer for a 20% refund, the next a 40% and the final a 70% refund. What part of this is false advertising don’t they understand? I will be reporting them to my credit card company next. Stay away from this company!

I ordered a gift for my son 15 days ago, and the item still has not arrived. The tracking number is showing invalid

This was a present for my 3 year old for Easter

So so angry.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience ! SCAM !!! Do not order from here. Did not receive personalised wooden easter eggs that were very expensive. I contacted the company on 25th March and was informed of a new delivery date 14-17 th March but that date had already been and gone !!! I again contacted them requesting a refund as items were an easter gift and had not arrived so I had to go out and buy alternative gifts to ensure my grandchildren have gifts for Easter. It is good Friday tomorrow !!! Now advised items in transit but no tracking date available. I have contacted my bank to raise issue however have a feeling i will receive some sub standard product after easter .

Company is a SCAM!

This company is a SCAM!! I purchased, in good faith 3 of the painted eggs as Easter gifts for my grandchildren. Never received. When I tried to track my package, it showed as undelivered and sent back to warehouse. When I clicked on the shipping company's address, my computer alerted me of a virus! Don't fall for it!

DO NOT PURCHASE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU A CHEAP PRODUCT THAT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE WEBSITE SHOWS

DO NOT purchase from here. I purchased and the item came in and looked like sh*t. It looks NOTHING like what is shown on their website. You can BARELY see the design, the NAME is half dark and half you can barely see at all. It was supposed to come "speckled" and it did not. Absolutely a SCAM BUSINESS FROM CHINA. When I reached out about that issue and refunding it they tried to tell me there was "no quality issue", which is a BLATENT LIE. I will be filing with the BBB about this business and their SCAMS. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible company - Dreadful Cust Service

Terrible shipping, it says 6-11 days I'm now still waiting after 21 working days. Believing it would be here in time for me to give it to some children who were visiting and are now gone! So waste of time. Spoke to their customer service to protest and to ask for my shipping money to be refunded only to be told and I quote from their e mail....

"Please kindly note all the shipping cost was charged by shipping carrier and your package was sent out already.
For this case ,we cannot refund shipping fee to you"

Absolutely appalling, you can find the same products in the UK so next time I'll be checking where it is coming from, as it's sent from the far East and I believe I was misled into believing they were UK based. Terrible. My own fault for not researching first.

WAY WAY smaller than shown in picture

WAY WAY smaller than shown in picture. NOT worth the money. Took over a month to get here, ordered on 3/1 said it would be here 3/17 showed up on 3/30. DO NOT waste your money thinking you can use it for Easter. Not at all like the pictures……

Customer service responded quickly to my needs and were very professional, and were very honest in telling me that my package was going to be delayed, but assured me that I would have it before Easter, the customs eggs were beautiful, my grandkids are going to love them.

Terrible service

Terrible service. took over 15 days to dispatch - actually dispatching after the estimated delivery date - meaning that an easter focused order won't arrive until over a week after easter. They were asked to cancel the order prior to dispatch if it wouldn't arrive on time - they didn't acknowledge the 2 week shipping timeframe from China and didn't cancel the order and now say that a refund requires a 30% 'restocking fee' plus the cost of return shipping to an international location

Customer service is appalling. Don't waste your money with these guys

Advertising Fake Stolen Products - SCAM!

This ‘company’ if you can call it that, are complete scammers. They steal images from real small businesses and market as their own. The reviews are stolen from Etsy shops, making out they are real for their own website. They advertise on Facebook to target shoppers, copy products from websites word for word and are complete liars. They have been doing this for years.

Stunning item

Stunning item! Knocked one star off because the egg is smaller than it looks on the website. I ordered this and sent it to my old address, customer service dealt with my query quickly and fortunately my address was changed. Such a lovely keepsake for my god daughter. Its beautiful!
