And sadly I did the same, checked the website which made this look like a British company I ordered and paid extra for delivery as I thought before Easter and heard nothing since finding out it has been shipped from China!! Where is it we just don't know but not here for my nephew!!

I was positive I read the reviews before ordering, but obviously I didn't as I wouldn't have ordered from a site with shocking reviews. I now find myself adding to these 1 star disappointments.
When I ordered Easter gifts for my grandchildren it guaranteed delivery before Easter, it will come as no shock to you that I'm writing this bad review because I'm not going to receive my grandchildrens gifts today and Easter is tomorrow,so I've had to buy alternative gifts for them now. I have requested a refund but I'm not holding out much hope after reading how poor this company operates.

Waste of money. I wish I had done more research on this company. I paid $250 for 8 Easter eggs for my nieces and nephews and they arrived late, across multiple shipments and the eggs themselves are either extremely hard to open or they don’t close. Cheap and not good quality. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I would give “0” stars if that was an option! I ordered a wallet for my husband that was supposed to be decorated with the American flag and a skull with his name…received the wallet with only his name on it!! Ordered on March 8, didn't receive until April 2! The order was not right and the wallet looked nothing like what was advertised!! BUYER BEWARE with this company!! I sent photos of what I received and let them know it was wrong! They offered to give 20% back, which was nothing, instead of replacing their screw up!! This company sucks and I will never purchase through them again!!

AVOID!! I ordered a personalised Easter egg for my son's first Easter. I paid over £36 pound, which included £12.99 for a 'matching egg'. I waited two weeks on my order. It arrived yesterday in a tiny box (should have been the inital clue that this order was misleading) because the personalised egg itself is tiny! It cannot hold even a small chocolate Easter egg! The photos on the site are totally misleading and bordering fraudulent! And the matching egg that cost £12.99? Its a tiny food sized egg in a horrible rough plain wooden finish- not personalised or 'matching' at all. A total scam! I've emailed to flag my annoyance and disappointment and received an email with a screen shot of egg sizes?! I'm pending response regarding return and refund of the small egg at least. What a purchase shambles and so disappointing as I thought it would be a lovely Easter keepsake- avoid!

I purchased an item for Easter the second week of March, with an expected delivery date of 3/28-3/31. The item was never delivered.

When asked for a refund because my grandson will not be at the address it was supposed to be shipped to, even if it arrives 4/4. The company was not willing to do this!

Although I fault myself for not reading the reviews, this company knows they are providing completely unusable trash. Do not fall for the cute products on their website. Just throw your money in the garbage, at least then you know what you are getting.

I should have read the reviews on this shambles of a company. Their service and communication is worse than poor and bordering on a scam of a company. Their service likes of Instagram and other social media platforms should ban them from advertising! Buyer BEWARE ! 😡

Took ages to arrive, totally the wrong item, very poor quality, photos taken and sent to joymemento who just repeatedly said they could see no issue. Do not use this company.

Delivery of the product was late and meant it wasn’t able to be given as a present as intended. The egg doesn’t fit together properly poor craftsmanship. Customer service, whilst polite, refused to offer a refund or any compensation. A very expensive mistake.

I can’t believe I got scammed!!! March 8th I Ordered $175 worth of egg for family Easter “fun”! I spent time picking colors and names etc! yet nothing came!! They kept stalling w emails saying it was delayed but they would expedite! I stated that if they can’t guarantee it by Easter I want a refund and don’t ship it. 3 more stalling emails explaining their return policy saying 70% refund! I’m certain this is a scam but I asked them to ship it anyway just for yuks- as I know I’m getting NOTHING. Karma will take care of this company- especially to scam people on Easter!

The easter egg was not as advertised. They show the egg with the nice engraving with the child's name engraved so you can read it and sits nicely on shelf. I get the egg: It doesn't have the nice engraving, you can barely see the child's name and the does not have a flat bottom so it can sit nicely on shelf. It was a cheap piece of shit product. Very disappointed in the product. Will never purchase from them again and will not recommend them either. Sent them an email with pictures so they can see what cheap product they sent out.

The product was way smaller than shown in the advertisement. Small enough to fit in one hand and not filled with anything. Way too little to merit the expensive cost of $50. Would recommend people staying away from this scam.

Minus one star i genuinely wish I had read the reviews as this company is a complete scam.
Photos on their site are bogus from size to actual labelling is in accurate. I purchased the eggs for my grandchildren 4 in total only received 3 after waiting a month. They arrived yesterday with good Friday today I can't even give them to the grandchildren a 1 will miss out. They are half the size shown online and they only offered 15% refund.

This is a ripoff, I orderd two large eggs for Easter and didn't receive any of them. When I contacted the customer service they are even worse couldn't refund my money for eggs I did not receive. If you love your money stay away!

Much like most of the comments on here I also fell for the “guaranteed Easter delivery” and after ordering on 15 March am still waiting. I too have asked for a refund and am not holing out much hope after reading these comments. Absolutely appalling customer service. Just wish I had done my real search before ordering! Definitely a scam company

Products found half the price on Amazon. Paid £18 delivery so it would arrive by Easter. I guess I only have myself to blame.

This is a total scam on Instagram, I ordered a wooden Easter egg engraved on the 16 th march it's now the 2 nd of April and it's still not arrived.
Contacted my bank and just reported this company.

Received in time for Easter, the egg was great quality. Only knocked off a star as it was a lot smaller than the pictures on the website.

Absolutely disgusting. False advertising at its best. And all they keep saying is, send us a photo of what the issue is. They sent them out, they know what I have received so why do I need to send a photo.
