Stay away from this company

My bad!!! If I had checked these reviews first I would NOT have ordered the Easter Eggs. Adorable in the picture but definitely wasn’t what I ordered! They should be ashamed of themselves! But sure they don’t care! I ordered 3 eggs in February, received only 2 two days after Easter! And wasn’t what I ordered. Small eggs. Pictures look larger. Their pictures show the eggs standing up! Nope! They roll! The name on the eggs I received where dull, plus not the picture I ordered! Stay away from this company!!

Ordered a custom Easter egg a month…

Ordered a custom Easter egg a month before Easter. Still waiting. They refuse to refund my money. Package has been sitting in Indiana over a week. Never again!

Joymento ....This is the worst company ever!

This is the worst company ever!! They charged me extra to guarantee Easter Delivery. It finally arrived 4 days later. The picture and size indicate 10 inches..it was less than 4 with the wrong name and it looks like a 2 year old painted it. I reached out to the company several times. They sent me tracking information for a dite that my anti-virus had blacklisted. Buyer beware! Worst company ever.

Easter Egg

Bought the eggs with initial on top and name on bottom. Only thing wrong the initial on top is very light. No real distinction of the initial. Price a little high. Also, no way to display the egg. All round.

Awful quality, don't close

Awful quality. Not only did they completely miss Easter, when they arrived they are so badly made! Once you manage to Jimmy them open, there's a rubber ring around then that means you can't get the top back on! Such a rip off. I've asked for a refund...let's see.

If I could give zero stars I would. The advertisement states that delivery would be in time for Easter, I ordered a personalised hollow egg for my grandson and apparently it arrived today. I say "apparently" because it is nowhere to be seen, and even if it was, two days after the event is unacceptable when it was ordered weeks ago!!! Completely false advertising - steer clear!

Very Disappointing

0rdered a personalised wooden Easter egg from this site which took 4 weeks to arrive.
Very disappointed in the product on ALL levels - not true to size, made of plastic not wood, and the personalisation writing was tiny - this product is NOTHING like the advertising - a very EXPENSIVE piece of plastic, so very disappointing! Buyer beware!!

Do not order from this company

When I ordered some Easter items back in FEBRUARY (it's now April) it said delivery would be in time for Easter. A few days before Easter I asked when I would recieve the delivery, I was told the items are being made now and production would take 2-4 dyas. The day before Easter I asked for a refund as the items wouldn't be delivered in time. Of course an hour later I recieve an email saying the items have been dispatched !! No tracking information, in other words they haven't been dispatched, they are just blocking a refund. The offered a 70% refund stating restocking fee if I refuse delivery which I will contest and be entitled to 100% refund under the consumer rights act 2015.

I ordered two "loaded bibles"

I ordered two "loaded bibles". What I received today looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like what was shown on the website. not even close. all the extras that were supposed to make this "loaded" & unique were non-existent. And that's the only reason I ordered them..... Very disappointing. this company is totally misleading people with false advertising. I feel totally scammed! I've sent an email asking to return. let's see what happens!

Beware

Ordered 4 eggs for my Grands...wanted a keepsake for them. 3 of them do not open and close without incredible forcing and one would not stay closed at all. The names were so small (not like the website photo) that some are hard to read and one had gouges in the wood. The website photo has them sitting upright, but they do not-just roll over. Customer service will not honor the return policy of 70% although I do not believe I should have to pay to return this substandard product. I thought I was good reading the return policy but they are obviously unethical and these are professional scammers. American Express is now aware and I will try and contact as many agency as I can to try and help the public.

DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER

DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS SUPPLIER. An expensive very poor experience. They don’t communicate delays or lack of product to supply on time. Due to arrive 18/3/26, Requested a refund as delivery date had passed and they had not processed my order and had supplied to provide stock, they promised dispatch in 3 days and refused my cancellation and request for refund.., Easter has now been & gone, still not delivered and I’ve had to purchase other items for my grandies Easter. Now want to charge me fees for refund request for items not delivered THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE SELLER STAY CLEAR

Misleading pics

Ordered well in time for Easter still took 3 weeks - but after 2 e mails arrived on Saturday. Very disappointing the wooden carved easter egg is nothing like the pics advertising it - it's much smaller - be lucky to fit any chocs in there .

Sad grandchildren. No Easter gifts.

Was told gifts would be to me before Easter, it’s how it was promoted. Items never showed up. I wanted a refund. Was told I could send back items when I got them and then would only receive a 70% refund. Terrible customer service.

Ordered well in time for Easter

Ordered well in time for Easter. It is now Easter Sunday and I have still not received them. Tried getting my money back with no luck. I had to go out and find something else for my two grandchildren. Will never order from this company again and my advice to anyone is to stay clear of this company.

They are a complete scam

They are a complete scam. Ordered a wooden engraved egg for granddaughter. The size and engraving is misleading. The egg fits in the palm of my hand. There is no engraving, just stickers.

Misleading product delivered

I received the package, but I’m very disappointed with the product. It’s not what I expected based on the listing. The item turned out to be a small wooden egg that’s difficult to open and doesn’t include any base or stand, so it rolls around.
Additionally, the prominent letter “V” that was supposed to be on top is missing. Instead, there’s a faint laser etching that’s barely visible against the dark wood surface. This doesn’t match the description or photos shown in the order.
I’d like to understand how this can be resolved, as the product feels misrepresented.

Appalling

Appalling. I have been chasing for delivery (they state 'fast delivery' on their blurb) and what has arrived at the last minute is tiny (it was described as large). There is no way I can put in a gift plus some small chocolate eggs as they picture on their site. They make out that they are UK based but in reality you are dealing with India. What is worse now is that my IT system is blocking their website as it is being seen as a hackers' site. Money down the drain as my Granny would say.
