Fast and delivered earlier than expected. Good selection and stock available. Got to speak to a young fella who told me what I needed to know and followed it up as promised.
Great quality, better prices than the competition, and excellent customer service! This is the second time I've bought from JP Cases and there's a good chance I'll be back again :)

Pointless order. Major delay
1. My order took over a month to arrive.
2. Order arrived with wrong items which I was so disappointed and didn’t even bother to contact jpcases again until this survey popped up in my email. Also because by the time order arrived I have already left for the trip which all the items are intended to be used for this trip…which I’ve explained to customer service asking to send order asap without back order items.
3. Zero communication since order placed.
No tracking. No eta.
4. Took multiple calls to finally reach someone.
5. Was told order delayed due to some item on back order. I then requested in the same phone call to remove item not available and sent be rest.
6. Customer service said they will remove the item on back order and send the rest. In reality I was made to wait a few more days without anything removed from my invoice. Paying same price but have missing items.
Truly unforgettable online shopping experience.
Bring back shops!
The ordering process was easy and unfortunately like most online companies its easy to order, easy for them to take your money.
Its not until you start wondering where your goods are and you chase them up, that when you find out the item you ordered was not in stock, they did make an effort after I chased them up.
Its a shame so many shops have shut down or just switched to online, service is out of the window.

These guys offered the most amazing customer service I have seen in years. I made a mistake on my shipping address, and instead of just sending they reached out and confirmed my details. The item was going to take a few days as it was on back order, but exactly on the estimated day my parcel was packed (well) and on its way to me. I could not be happier!

Sorry guys you neededs a pilot licence to place and pay for the order, if you thiks im joking My cousin owner of Universal Computer Solutions in Geelong was unable to complete/place the order for me,,,
And,,,, two weeks to get the order to me in Adelaide,,, You guys should need to improve on this,,, Ie can order race car parts Ie wheels and leaf springs gets to my door in 6 days from sumitt racing in America to Adelaide

Postage took longer than it should have. There was no communication regarding tracking details, didn’t know when the parcel would arrive.

My case had marks and scratches all over the front of it and even though it had tags on it etc, it looked second hand given all the marks. Disappointed.
