We ordered a Shakespeare Leonardo 1000 king size mattress from JSB Furniture delivery was within 2 weeks of ordering - extremely pleased with the service & love our new mattress.
I would definitely recommend to friends & family 👍🏼👍🏼

Item was delivered within the time scale stated, very helpful over the phone. Delivery was on time and tracking details on my avaliable on my Mobil tracked to my front door. Driver was very polite, and placed the mattress where l wanted it. Will be dealing with them again, and would highly recommend them.

Needed a mattress for daughters new house. I was very impressed with such efficiency, considering I only placed my order that morning. Even though I was not local, I received very prompt delivery of my mattress the same day.

Received email confirmation and telephone call regarding time of delivery. Tracking available once in transit. Friendly delivery.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Shame more companies are not like this.

Brilliant value, lovely mattress that was much more reasonable than anywhere else I looked. Delivery itself was great - but dispatch took longer than I thought considering the delivery charge but once dispatched communication was great. Always worth remembering that smaller more reasonable businesses aren’t Amazon!

Delivery was well before expected date and many thanks! Only negativity would have been the poor communication as I've emailed them during the lockdown no response, but later they have emailed to book the delivery.

After the initial placement of my order, I felt very confident that I had chosen a great company.
I was needing a specific ‘king size’ mattress that I knew wasn’t cheap, as I had bought a previously purchased single mattress by the same manufacturer from a different store a year or two before.
I gave details to the lady on the contact telephone line, fully expecting the particular mattress to have ceased being made.
However, surprisingly, after a quick search I was informed, it was still being manufactured.
After I double checked the make and manufacturer matched, I placed the order.
Very shortly after I received my invoice-which further assured me I was dealing with a great company.
Given the delivery estimate in the phone conversation was 3 to 4 weeks I personally didn’t mind being told this, as I would sooner get an ‘honest’ delivery date than a bogus date.
I was actually later informed that the delivery was coming earlier than expected, a d asked to confirm this was ok.
Delivery was set for 08-00 to 11-00hrs.
Spot on 08-00 hrs the van pulled up,
and the mattress was delivered. Just to say the old mattress was also taken away at my request previously.
Now I have a great mattress to sleep on!
Very pleased with service and delivery-I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Product purchased was of a high standard and worth every penny spent. The customer service left a little to be desired as I had to message for updates and still recieved no firm answers. Once delivery was arranged it went smoothly.

Very helpful friendly staff at the store, our delivery arrived in the time slot allocated and the 2 men delivering the goods were very good and also kept to the self distancing rules and wore face masks.
I would recommend JSB furniture and I will be using them again for future purchases
