Ordered wardrobes was assured no delay, however still not received ordered in September. Don't buy from this shop been told that there will be another 3 week delay. requested a refund which we are fully entitled to as goods not delivered. Shop has refused a refund. Please do yourself a favour don't buy from JSB furniture.

We bought a superking bed a few weeks ago, everything was fantastic from start to finish. I spoke to them over the phone about a mattress I had seen in another shop for a lot higher price, they said I could come into their shop and try the mattress and would be able to mix different brands of divan, headboard and mattress and they would give us further discounts. As told they did exactly that when we went in store and we got delivery and removal of our old mattress thrown in. When delivered a few weeks later, they brought everything upstairs into the bedroom and removed the old mattress as expected and then started to assemble the bed even though that wasn't part of the price. Great service, great staff, great bed. We highly recommend! :)

Be careful with delivery as the only one guy came & left the sofa in-front of the house. That is horrible service from them. The quality of the sofa also not good. We need to pay for the return.

Searched high and low for a firm mattress which was actually firm!. Finally found the Healthopaedic Pasha 1500 Mattress at JSB Furniture.
