Yet again JSH proved to be excellent - this time reworking an old bathroom with the added challenge of retaining ( unblemished ) an original and beautiful cast iron bath, but shower boarding the room, putting in a lowered ceiling and replacing the rest of the sanitary ware. This time it was Tom Webb in the driving seat, and he excelled- providing a multi talented approach to the task, taking responsibility when needed but also keen to share decision making as appropriate. He is full of inspiration, enthusiasm and kindness. He brings a sense of enjoyment and fun to what is sometimes a daunting task and has a great way of being there, but not making you feel invaded. Basically a very talented man who is a joy to be around. He was ably assisted by Joe, the junior member of the Humphreys (JSH) family team. The work was undertaken speedily and efficiently. The results speak for themselves and we are very grateful.

Simon and the team have gone above and beyond to give us a working central heating system. No other company have been able to do this. We have been forced to use our electric immersion heater for some time
This failed and left us with no hot water. After phoning JSH they came out same day and have completely sorted the problem.

Well if I could give JSH a higher score than 5 stars I would! I had a complete cowboy come and change a shower tray for me which was a complete and utter disaster in every single way but when I rang JSH and met Simon who gave me a quote him and his completely delightful wife Helen not only gave me a brilliant quote but were just so wonderful and understanding about the awful experience I'd had so even before they did my shower I was completely in love with them!!! The brilliant Tom did it in the end and because I'm not brilliant with Mess I decided to go to London for a couple of days to keep out of the way but when I came back he had cleaned my bathroom, tidied everything and even guessed where all my bathroom furniture went AND removed all the dustsheets in my bedroom (it was an en-suite) to make it look nice! Of course the shower obviously looks completely incredible and I couldn't be happier with it but it's the personal touches of delightful people like Simon and Helen and the absolutely magnificent Tom that make you choose a company. I couldn't recommend JSH more. They're just FANTASTIC!

Very happy with the service and work done by JSH.
I had bad water leaks in my bathroom which ruined the floor and also part of bedroom.
JSH carried out the repairs very efficiently and professionally.
I was also impressed with the quality of their work and how they cleaned up the areas after completion of the job.

Very impressed with the responsiveness and efficiency of the company. They communicated well and in a timely way. Appointment was agreed and a rate confirmed. The repair and replacement work was carried out effectively, competently and a guarantee was offered. Would happily recommend.

JSH carried out a complete refurbishment of our bathroom. This included relaying of all pipework and drainage below the floorboards, new shower base, door and shower, together with new feebo shower boards.
Relocation of bath with new freestanding tap and installation of new sink, Vanity unit and tap.
The project also included installation of new vinyl flooring.
Tom their fitter carried out all the necessary work, his quality of workmanship and attention to detail was exemplary.
Thanks to Simon and Tom for creating exactly the changes we desired.

Rhys, the guy that did the work, is a diamond and a credit to the company. Everything left in a spotless condition, no mess at all. We are delighted with it all.

Phone call to report fault at 8.00 a.m. Man on site before I'd even read the text telling me he was on his way. Job complete by 8.25. !! First class service. Only a small job, but essential for my hot water supply.

I am absolutely delighted with my new shower room which was put in my property by Paul ( and Joe ) plus Simon. I still can’t believe it. The work was carried out so professionally and I can’t thank them enough. Their receptionist Helen is always so welcoming too. Cannot recommend them highly enough. 5 stars for sure.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I rang with a problem with my boiler and Helen got Rhys and his partner to me within hours. The guys did an excellent job and couldn’t have been more obliging. I am so impressed with the work, the speed it was done, the price and the friendliness, politeness and professionalism of everyone I came into contact with.
