Plumber came to move a small eletric boiler today (3rd June 2026) and did a grand job. Very professional, very tidy and ive very pleased with the results. Cant wait refurbish the rest of the kitchen now

Tried and tested full boiler install, with new radiators 4 years ago. Annual service. We have had no issues at all. Very helpful and professional. Had a plumbing issue today and was fast to react, with minimal cost. Always happy to help.

Communication with the office was excellent — responses were quick, polite, and all quotes were answered promptly. They provided clear knowledge and advice on the most suitable boiler for our needs. They also fixed the en-suite and installed the showers to a high standard. Would highly recommend their services.

Della immediately makes you feel at ease. She is efficient and really does care. Our engineer, Paul, explained everything to us clearly. He arrived when we were expecting him. He was clean and tidy and always wore shoe covers in the house. He worked efficiently and quickly, replacing our boiler and explaining the running of it to us in terms we could understand. He tested all the radiators and our fire. The finance company worked well with them and sorted us out at 0%.

My 96 year old father’s boiler failed just as the weather turned colder on a Sunday. I left a message on Magna Blueflame’s answering machine on Sunday evening and had a call back first thing on Monday.
Pleasant and helpful lady arranged for a heating engineer to visit that afternoon and by 5.30 pm my father had his heating back for a very reasonable charge.
Would certainly recommend this company.

We have used this company to service our boiler for a few years, so when the time came to replace it they thankfully provided an acceptable quotation for the job. The engineer (Paul) arrived spot on schedule and from start to finish carried out a thoroughly professional job, not a spot of mess left behind him, and a good run through of all key points for future use. We had no hesitation in leaving him in the house while we went outside to cool off, he is totally trustworthy. The company carried out the registration with the manufacturer on our behalf and provided a comprehensive summary checksheet. Another first class experience with Magna.

Gary came to check out a free government boiler installation and was able to move the pipework to better hide it behind the false wall and behind a cupboard so the dishwasher could be pushed back in as before. He also found the source of the problem with 2 radiators not heating up and solved it much more simply than I'd been led to believe.

Having been let down earlier in the day by no less than 2 other companies, and having no heating or hot water, I rang Magna Blueflame and they were with us in a couple of hours! Our engineer was friendly and professional and soon had the problem sorted! Reasonable prices too, will definitely use again!
