Lost hot water.....
Lost hot water, Contacted Magna out of hours where they diagnosed the fault through a short video. Order part on the Thursday fitted on the Friday. Couldn’t fault the service. Thanks again.

As always James did a great job
As always James did a great job. This time it was quite difficult as tiling issues not well coordinated with plumbing, we should have planned ahead. James was patient and courteous when some would have got irritable. Quality work and good people skills.
