JST Electronics Avis 

I am not one for leaving reviews, however, I found this company exceptional from start to finish. My coffee machine was leaking water overnight. Telephone conversation and advice from the service engineer was brilliant. Returned via DHL packed and delivered with care. Very pleased customer.

The whole way through the process JST kept me informed by both text and email
The repair was done in a timely manner
Pick up and drop off were during the specified time

The engineer messaged and called me for information on my vacuum cleaner make, model, visible lights and for information on the problem. He diagnosed the fault over the phone and sent out a new battery pack which I believe arrived within 2 days or maybe even the next day - he was polite, efficient and helpful. All round i received excellent service and most importantly my vacuum cleaner is working again!

JST repaired our vacuum cleaner under a Domestic and General warranty. JST did a good job with good communication, the only niggle I had was not with JST but with D & G. The fault was a broken rotating brush which could have been posted to me instead of returning the whole cleaner. D & G were sent photos of the faulty part so it should have been a no brainer.

Person I spoke to was very helpful and polite. Discussed the fault with me and I had my vacuum back in working order very quickly.

Excellent service. Repair details and cost involved fully explained allowing you to decide if you wish to go ahead with Repair. Aftercare good too.

Part arrived fixed it myself all went well

Quick and easy pick up and delivery. The motor was making a terrible noise. It is now a lot better. They also changed the stick thing (not very technical) I was finding it hard to remove the brush and bin. That wasn't what it went in for. So thank you for sorting that out as well.

The repair company appointed by my insurance collected my vacuum cleaner after I reported the following faults:

* It was leaking dirty water.
* It was spitting dirty water from the top.
* It was not picking up water from the floor, leaving dirty water behind.

After nearly two weeks, the vacuum was returned to me.

I contacted the company to ask what had been repaired. I was told that nothing had been changed because the engineer could not replicate the fault. I was also told that the problem could be caused by using too much cleaning solution.

So, despite collecting the machine for inspection and repair, no repair was carried out and the reported faults remain unresolved.

On paper, the machine was collected and checked. In reality, nothing was done to fix the problems I reported, and the machine was simply returned to me as it was.

A very disappointing repair service and a waste of nearly two weeks.

I have no complaints about the workmanship,but having to send my airfryer back to them to be fixed was a bit awkward as it is a heavy one

Needed a new remote control for the tv, covered via domestic and general who use jst electronics. The whole process was so easy and couldn’t believe how quick I received my new remote from jst. All sorted with no hassle.Thanks very much.
