JT Data Recovery Avis 

I genuinely cannot recommend JT Data Recovery enough! Over 90% recovered on 2tb Seagate HDD.

I'm a photographer and my full 2TB HDD failed (my backups also had an issue 🤦🏼‍♀️) and I was panicking big time. Another company quoted me 30+ working days, which was stressed me out even more. But John (the miracle worker he is!) had everything recovered in less than two weeks, which is mental.

From the very start, he was super honest about the condition of the drive (the words catastrophic and car crash were mentioned 😅) So I was under no illusion of how difficult it would be or the likeyhood of getting my photos back. He also kept in touch the whole way through, so I never felt left in the dark.

And considering how expensive data recovery can be the price was actually really reasonable for the amount of work involved and for what I got back.

I’m honestly just so, so grateful and I really didn't expect to get much back let along over 90% of the photos. This could have been an absolute nightmare situation and he made it feel easy. I can’t sing his praises enough, if you ever need data recovery, go here. Seriously.

John worked miracles to save our family memories and many key documents. Another firm charged me £130 for 30 minutes to tell me my hard drive and backup was useless. John meticulously recovered everything from the corrupted backup. Good down to earth honest guy, thoroughly recommend.

John managed to recover a level 2 14Tb drive that failed for no reason. He managed to retrieve all data and provide a copy. He also corrected many of the errors on the original drive. Many thanks

This company are extremely unprofessional, if I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Sent discs for data recovery which couldn’t be done and said discs would be sent to me (offered to collect but told this was not their procedure). Paid £12.15 for discs to be returned and never received them. When phoned to query was told not their problem,should have called sooner and when I said this was unprofessional the person swore and hung up the phone!!!!

John rescued a couple of decades worth of family photos from a suddenly-dead mac raid drive. His persistence and can do was really reassuring!

Excellent service by John who managed to retrieve data (all important info which I need in both my personal and professional life) from a memory stick which I accidentally damaged. An external hard drive containing 20 years of photos went rogue - PC stopped recognising it. John was calm and straight about the prospects for successful recovery, explained everything carefully, recovered everything over two days. So, so grateful - great service!

I had a external hard drive which had failed to function. I tried someone local who couldn't do anything. He suggested trying a data recovery service but said it could cost a lot. I looked up JT Data Recovery and asked if he could help. I sent the HDD down to him and he came back next day to say it looked good for a full recovery. I few days later the data was posted back to me in a new HDD and all the data looks good. A first class service, very professional and quick, and modestly priced. I would definitely use John again.

Issue with USB & John came highly recommended. Worked with tenacity to get the issue resolved - keeping me informed all the way - never give up. USB restored, my issue latterly -USB encrypted as recommended/advised by employer after refresh. John’s diligence and persistence was much appreciated & he undoubtedly went over and above. I went to JT Data Recovery with others' great reviews in my mind and in the hope that John could help with recovering data from my MacBook which had liquid damage. I was given fair warning of the statistics of recovering data from my type of MacBook but thankfully after a few days John was able to recover everything and was very communicative throughout the process. I would highly recommend him for anyone who wanted data recovery at a reasonable price. If anything were to happen to one of my computers again - I would go right to him!
