I have never had a better contractor do work for me and my wife. He was prompt polite fantastic with the dogs. His work is second to non and its been a pleasure to have him in and around our home. he has kept us up dated all the way through the work he's done. He's been fantastic accommodating and a great guy. If you have any issues with internal or external plumbing and even re piping a new water line to a house like what he did for us (as we didn't have a stop tap ) If we needed to stop the water for any reason we would have to use the stop tap in the road and that would have turned next doors water off as well. I can't praise Todd and his employee enough.I would recommend this company without hesitation. If you have water issues call Todd and your problem will be dealt with asap. Thank you again Todd for all your help I'm so glad We choose you

Tom and Todd replaced our whole mains water pipe and fitted a new stop tap. Absolutely amazing job using their mole machine under our block paved drive which involved lifting afew blocks in 3 areas and replaced. A great clean up and to be honest it looked as good as before they arrived. 100% recommend this company.

Found out we had yet another leak on old water supply under our driveway, we were passed on Todd’s number. Not only did he go out of his way to come and look at the job , he also diagnosed the point it was leaking. He gave us options on what he could do and left it to us to decide (absolutely no sale patter) We booked him in to replace the service pipe and he promptly came and sorted out the problem making the least amount of mess and completed the job in the time scale he’d predicted. What I really liked was he would talk you through what needed to be done before he did it. He was always polite and honest in his dealings with me, but most importantly delivered the service he had promised.

Todd came out and renewed my water pipe after identifying I had two leaks he was done in less than two days leaving no mess you can’t tell he’s been thanks Todd and Tom for your efforts

Had a shock bill from Yorkshire water which indicated I had a leak somewhere on my water supply pipe. Called Tod who came out promptly, located the area of the leak. Unfortunately it was under the extention. However Tod suggested providing a new supply pipe into the garage and sending the new feed into the adjacent utility room and then disconnect the old supply in the Kitchen. This was a brilliant solution as I was worried that the extention floor would have had to come up and risk damaging the new kitchen. The new supply was promptly put in at a reasonable price and in a proffesional manner. Tod cares about the quality of his work and that showed in the quality of the Finish.
Would absolutely recommend him.

When Todd arrived he was polite and helpful. It was pouring with rain and we weren't entirely sure where leak was.
From beginning to end Todd remained calm and collected and the final result was amazing. Would definitely recommend this company if you have any leaks.

Severn trent discovered a water leak under my kitchen from the stop tap the day before I was having a new one fitted, panic ensued. However Todd went above and beyond to come the following morning and fix the issue. He dug down from outside the kitchen and only had to make a very discreet hole for the new stop tap. No mess left, extremely happy with the result and the price, crisis averted thanks to Todd top guy, thanks very much.

Had a burst pipe which was picked up by Severn Trent, Todd arrived promptly next day and took up slabs in rear garden, dug down and took out twisted lead pipework, capped it off, fixed what needed sorting, and filled everything back in and laid slabs back. Wouldn't of known anyone had been outside. Tidy, efficient and price paid was as agreed. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, highly recommended. Thanks guys

Todd went out of his way to fit in work mending a leaking water pipe on my property. He rearranged other work so he could do this urgently. The price he quoted was the price I paid although until the work started he wouldn't have known what it entailed so there was no surprises
about having to pay more. Great work.
