Excellent service from start to finish. Even though there were some supply issues (none of it their fault), I was kept updated every step of the way, which was really appreciated. The AC installation was carried out efficiently, and the team tidied up after themselves at the end of each day. I’m very happy with the whole experience and would definitely recommend them.

Excellent communication regarding appointment date and time. Henry arrived on time, was professional and knowledgeable about the air con system explaining the different options available.

so far so good , process for ordering for the work at our place has been smooth and the communications very clear regarding delivery and when the work is to be scheduled . 🙂

Had to amend the initial install plan Henry was most helpful attending on time and revising the main unit installation location and pipe work route.

More than happy from start to finish. The only provider from 3 contacted that actually visited before providing a quote. Room wasn’t standard being an eaves conversion above a garage - Judge were the only provider that recognised this and provided alternative solutions. Judge were also the cheapest of the 3 contacted. The two lads that fitted it were respectful, professional & tidy. When I want more air conditioning - they will undoubtedly be my first call.

We had three Mitsubishi wall units installed at the end of June over the course of a couple days. In 30 degree plus heat the team did a great job and must have been here for c10 hours a day. Clean and tidy, leaving no mess. Extremely happy with the product, service, price and communication throughout. Highly recommend ringing Henry and his team if you’re considering getting some AC in your house. Looking forward to using them in winter for the warm air capability too!
