SGKC Electrical (Shaun and Geoff) recently installed our solar battery system. From the very first contact they were very easy to deal with, knowledgeable and open to listening to exactly what we wanted in terms of the system and budget. Their survey was more complete than others I got to quote so I had confidence their quote was accurate and took into account any challenges the install may produce. They supplied a very professional quote giving good detail of the costs, how the system could be expected to perform and projected payback time. They were quite open to tweaking items in this at my request. Installation went very smoothly, workmanship is top notch and we have a system that is saving us money already as well as the confidence that, should we need any support in future, they'll be easy to contact and happy to help.
Would thoroughly recommend these guys for a solar/battery system or any electrical work.

SGKC was recommended by a relation, of the 4 no-doubt good installers this was the only one to inspect the job before quoting.
Geoff recommended an alterative install, Shaun gave a good price with up to date equipment and they are local.
They turned up on date and worked none stop until it was all done and working, then helped put the app on my phone and have now sent the MCS certificate and are applying for the MPAN so I can be paid for export.
I can heartily recommend this company as giving really good service.

What a great install by Shaun and Geoff - professional, reliable and 2 genuine nice guys. They turned up when stated and completed on time. Great aftersales service and continue to monitor my solar power generation. It was a quick easy start to finish experience. The price was great and install is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and quick to adjust the quotes as i added more onto the system prior to install. They even stayed nearby to avoid the 3 hour commute and used that time saved to get the install completed. I can highly recommend Shaun and Geoff for a Solar power install and any other electrical needs you have. I had a large install of 34 panels, 4 batteries, whole home and inverter sigenergy system and it was completed in 2.5 days. Genuinely if you are looking into Solar power give these guys a call you will not regret it.

Brilliant electrician who helped us with our inverter problem. Sorted it and fitted a new one very quickly. Definitely knows what needs sorting. We will be using them again.
