Great experience

I found Jules B online and being a United States customer never heard of them. The price for the dress shirt was unbeatable and I decided to order. Ordering process was seamless. Next day I started receiving daily notifications about the status of the shipment. The package came on time, very nicely packed and packaged.the service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

Do not buy from this website! Order placed no email confirmation, received delivery and not happy with it. Terrible communication. Numerous emails unanswered and call finally returned after having to go down the legal route for consumer protection. Never experienced this kind of service in 30 years.

no communication, no refund, I've sent them faulty item back it reached them 3 weeks ago, I didn't get refund so far, I've sent them 2 emails about it but didn't get any reply, they don't pick up phone as well, you can only leave them message, but so far no one phone me back

My experience with your store has been…

My experience with your store has been fine. The disappointing thing is Stetson has begun making their flatcaps in China. I have a lot of Stetson caps, most made in Europe including a grey one just like the one I bought from you and it was made in Europe. Pretty disappointing.

Delivery went missing

Delivery went missing. Claims was delivered but was never received. Have tried to contact Jules B but no response received. Have now had to purchase garment from alternative retailer. I would recommend paying a bit more and using a trusted retailer which is what I now wish I had done.

No communication

No communication! Ordered wrong coloured trousers which were nearly £200! Meant as a Christmas present, person sent a link and I thought it was the colour that came up, it wasn’t. Sent an email within about 20minutes of ordering saying this asking to cancel the order as there was no way to do so myself, was around midday on a Friday, so they had the rest of the day to respond.
No response, instead they dispatched it on the day, now Monday morning 10.10AM still no response and it’s meant to arrive today. I sent two emails before they dispatched it.
For the amount of money I’m paying for a pair of trousers I expected ALOT better!
Now if I catch the postman I will refuse the package and get it sent back that way if not I’ll have to pay another £5 for the postage of something they could of cancelled if they just looked at their emails.. I told them I wanted the other colour instead, this is unlikely now 😑

It’s been over 2 weeks and I have not received my order. Tried to contact customer service. No response. This is a shipment to the USA. This is so concerning as it’s an expensive product too.
