sending product through the mail…

sending product through the mail instead of UPS or FedEx just doesn't make any sense. Still haven't gotten the product yet.

Order never arrived and after 4…

Order never arrived and after 4 attempts over a month they just finally responded with "we'll look into it". Nothing since.
I'm attempting to get my money back, but no luck so far.
My advice.......DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Shipping took a bit, but it got there!

Package was stuck for a bit, but it finally got delivered. I originally had this review at 1 star for not receiving my item, but it has now been received. Thanks to the customer service team for their response on making sure this package was delivered! Happy with my purchase!

No product, no support

I can’t comment on whether or not I’ve enjoyed my purchase, because I’ve yet to receive it. It’s been in-transit for 13 days and there’s no estimated date of delivery.

What’s even more frustrating is I’ve contacted customer service 3 times, and I’ve received no reply. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience thus far.

NOT WHAT YOU'D EXPECT

I own at least 12 Stetson Hatteras 8 panel caps. Unfortunately the 1 i purchased is very small in it's overall silhouette. Fabric wise and construction is superb. But it's cut like a boys hat. It doesn't have the same volume as any other hat I've purchased. Kind of disappointed. So if you like your newsboy to have that overflowing relaxed look then this isn't the best hat. But if you want a hat that fits like a ivy flat cap snug and contoured to you head like a baseball cap then this is it. But for $175.00 USD I can honestly say that this is not what I want. Actually gave it away. Due to the less then simple procedure to return the item. Sorry but this not a good purchase...

I ordered a Varley Fullerton

I ordered a Varley Fullerton, it arrived and the drawstring around the hood had been cut and then fabric used to try and stitch it back together. I emailed them twice about it with no response, they are selling faulty products and don't even bother to respond to customers. Am sending it back as faulty.
