I ordered two pairs of reading glasses, which were shipped to New York. The glasses are just what I was looking for, at a lower cost than in the states (they were on sale), even with shipping. They arrived relatively quickly. An excellent experience!

I am in the US and Jules B does offer and return label so that I can return my purchase. This company expects my to go to the USPS and pay for the return.

The ordering processing, including shipping was swift. However, I was a bit disappointed when the package arrived. It wasn't packaged properly and looked tampered with, possibly by US customs.

The dress is beautiful. The quality of the linen and embroidery is excellent. The got the light blue and gold linen feather dress and the colors look so great together. I ordered a size small, but the dress is a bit too big and long. I understand that that is somewhat how it is supposed to fit but it's overly big. I'm 5'3, 135 lbs and usually wear a S/M but the XS dress would have been perfect in this dress, unfortunately. The global shipping was quicker than expected. I received the dress in 9 days from London to the Philadelphia USA area. I love the Greek Archaic Kori brand and price point and will definitely purchase from Jules B again!

The communication was phenonmenal!! I'm in the US and not realizing my ordered product was coming from UK - the order process was easy, payment was simple but the updated communication about my product, from order, to shipping to arrival was timely and continuous. I knew exactly where my product was at all times during transit. Product arrived well packed - very please with this company

I still have not received my order and it has been almost 2 weeks. I have emailed customer service three times and have not received a response. Needless to say I am frustrated and at this point just want a refund. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I can understand that sometimes there may be a delay and things happen, but the fact that no one has responded does not sound like the reputable company that I read about.

Ordered a Barbour Bedale jacket which when it arrived I didn’t like it and returned it the same day (May 1st 2025), paying for Special Delivery return postage myself.
Due to a bank holiday there was a delay but it was received by JulesB on May 6th. It is now May 14th and although I’ve chased my refund on three occasions I’m still waiting for it. Also whenever you telephone them it’s usually a recorded message saying they will ring you back, which they do not do. Very disappointed so far. Please refund my money.

To be honest, this was my first time ordering from JulesB, so I was uncertain if the clothes were legit, and being in California…would they ship to here, well anyone having any doubts, I’m here to put your mind at ease, I ordered a Belstaff top, it is beautiful! Very high quality and at a decent price! I can honestly say this was my first order but certainly won’t be my last! Thank you again to all at JulesB!!! You have exceeded my expectations!
