The company is very responsive to enquiries and the care taken with items posted is excellent. I'm a return customer with a 10% discount voucher however I could not use the voucher for sale items so, with the cost of postage, the savings were minimal. While I love the products and the support the purchase makes to traditional fabric sourcing (tweed), the inability to honour discounts is disappointing.

Good communication with the company. Always a plus! The item of clothing is lovely, beautifully tailored and stylish . Very much looking forward to wearing it. The only downside was Royal Mail who took approximately 10 days to deliver an item from a company based 30 miles away!

Beautiful quality handmade clothing based in Shropshire. I bought a waistcoat and it was cut so beautifully. I am quite short waisted and it fits me perfectly and is very flattering.

Poor delivery
The scarf was lovely, unfortunately the delivery was long overdue and too late to be given as a present. When it did finally arrive it had to pay a further £3,50 for postage.
