The dress runs very small and the medium was too tight. When I wanted to return it, I realized it would have to be sent to Asia at my expense. Disgusting company that pretends to have good customer service.

I wish I would have read other reviews before wasting my time and money. The dress I purchased (Darlene Sophisticated Midi Dress) looks NOTHING like the photo in the advertisement. The color is inaccurate, the shape and design look nothing like the ad, the material is cheap, the thread is bunched up and pulled out of the seam upon arrival, and it comes with NO TAGS or washing instructions. Looks like a 4-year-old made it. I'm going to attempt to return this POS, but seeing the other reviews, not holding my breath. I'll never buy clothes online again!

Would give it a zero if I could! I believe this is a scam company! Everything is on sale, and you can’t return sale items so beware! Their sizing is not even close. I ordered a 2X dress knowing it would run a bit small, and it was still like a large. It says they are in Palm Beach Florida, but can’t find a street address for them. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered the Seliora | Refine Heels and was extremely disappointed with what arrived. The shoes did not look like the ones advertised on the company’s website, and the overall presentation was unprofessional. Instead of arriving in a shoe box, they were shipped in a plastic bag. When I opened the package, a strong chemical smell filled the room immediately, which raised concerns about quality and safety.

The shoes themselves looked noticeably different from the photos online, and the materials felt cheap compared to what was advertised. I did not wear them and placed them back in the bag right away. I provided clear photos to customer service to show the condition and to confirm they were not damaged while in my possession.

Given the misleading product presentation and poor packaging, I requested a refund through customer service. I hope the company improves product accuracy and quality control, as this experience did not match the expectations set by their website.

This is a total scam site, do not buy anything. Awful quality, takes month to get it from China and I literally threw it all away - not worth pennies.

Do not buy any clothing from this company. They don't accept returns and the quality isn't what they advertise. It is a shame people create companies like this and rip people off. STAY AWAY

The dress I ordered is so poorly made and not even the color I ordered. It is going straight to the trash. Not even a charity would accept this junk. And only a 10% refund! A complete scam.

The dresses I received look nothing like what was on their website. The dresses are cheap polyester with serged seams, no lining, printed instead of embroidered as the photo showed. They aren't worth $5. It took 16 days to arrive, from China obviously, and the return policy has so many exceptions and rules that it makes it worthless. I will donate these in hopes that someone can make use of them but I feel seriously duped.

Terrible. The quality of the shoes is terrible, cheap looking and flimsy and they don’t honor any refund policy.

This company is a scam they state 30 day refund “easy” and they dont honor it. Do not order- its a chinese front for cheap clothes that lack quality

Scam. The business is located only online. The merchandise is shipped directly from China so takes many days to arrive. The quality is terrible -- poor fabric, stitching and fit. There are no labels anywhere in the garments -- no manufacture label, size label or even care label. And, because everything on the web-page is on sale, nothing can be returned. I was duped for sure.

I would give a zero if I could. Totally scam site. Products are shipped from China, "our boutique is based in Palm Beach, some of our items are fulfilled through our international warehouse to ensure wider availability and timely shipping. This is why your order was shipped from China". I ordered 2 pair of shoes. Do not look like the pictures, total crap. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!

I ordered a dress 2 weeks before Easter. Buyer beware! It ships from China. I haven't received the dress yet so I'll submit another review after I receive it. Before I ordered I checked in the location of this business so I thought it would ship from there. Not so!

Would give a zero review if I could. Total scam. I ordered a dress that looked beautiful online. It is a piece of crap. Cheap fabric and terrible fit. Although I ordered size per my measurements. No return or refund. They are using to several different company names on Facebook the same product. Beware!

I’m very disappointed with my experience with June Joan and Jenny. The retailer did not clearly disclose that items were non‑returnable, nor did they mention that everything ships from China, not the U.S. as implied. The shipping took much longer than expected, and the quality of the clothing was extremely cheap and nothing like the photos. I would not have ordered had the information been transparent. I do not recommend this retailer.
