Prescription Delivery Handling Raised Privacy and Safety Concerns

.I recently had a concerning experience with Jupiter Health regarding a prescription delivery.

To be fair, I have otherwise had a positive experience with Jupiter Health. I switched over approximately 4 months ago strictly due to pricing, from another service I had been with for about 3 years and never had any issues with. Since switching, I also had no issues with Jupiter until this incident, and their pricing has been very competitive.

That said, this particular situation was concerning. The package contained my medication and personal health information. It was marked as delivered; however, I did not receive it at my door, and no signature was obtained. It was later found inside a garbage bin at the end of my driveway.

While I understand a third-party courier was involved, my prescription and personal information were provided through Jupiter Health. This raised concerns for me about whether appropriate safeguards and delivery procedures were followed for a shipment of this nature.

To their credit, Jupiter Health has reached out, and I will be speaking with them directly. I am hopeful the matter can be addressed, as situations like this may be of concern to oversight bodies such as the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario and the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

At a minimum, I would encourage a review of delivery practices and third-party handling of prescription shipments to help ensure patient privacy and safety.

“I had a mixed experience with Jupiter Health. On the positive side, the approval process was quick and easy, which was great. However, there was a delay with billing. The issue was on my end—a problem with my credit card—but even after I updated the info on Saturday morning, I didn’t hear back until Tuesday. Once resolved, they promised same-day delivery, and I expected it by Wednesday afternoon. I waited all afternoon between 4 and 10 p.m., but there were no updates. I even emailed at 10:30, and though I assumed they might be closed, at 11:10, the courier website marked me as unavailable—but I was home all day and checking the lobby frequently. So, overall, while the initial steps were smooth, the delays and lack of updates were really frustrating. Its medication not some Amazon product. you can’t have couriers play games like this.

Update on Customer Service followup

Great service the first year and half, then I was away for a year, came back placed my first order. Previously the courier always texted me whe. They were coming, would met them at the door, they would take a picture of me receiving the package. Great service. Placed an order recently, stayed home all day, no message what time delivery was coming, just got a message it was delivered. Checked the front door nothing, side door , nothing, mail box, nothing. Looked in the porch where sometimes Amazon drops products. Nothing. I message that I didn't receive anything . The courier won't provide any proof of delivery. Get a message that they will look into it, a few days later they send a Pic of my address, with someone else's signature ona sheet? Now my prescription with my info is God knows where ? I thought medication was supposed to be hand delivered? This is totally unacceptable.

I have been contacted by Cusotner service and after some discussion and Jupiter has corrected the issue and we have put in place safeguards to prevent this from occurring in future. I will continue to use Jupiter based on their fair commitment to customer service. The fact that they wanted details, and shared details about the incident showed me that this wasn't about just sending replacement product, it was about being proactive and fixing the issue at hand. Thank you!

I have ordered 5 times now and service…

I have ordered 5 times now and service has been great 4 of the 5 times - delivery within days, the only poor experience was one took 7 days...so by comparison it was bad but in reality that is still pretty good. ED meds at half the cost of the pharmacy is really hard to beat.

Decided to try it out and within 24 hrs…

Decided to try it out and within 24 hrs got the medication. I never thought it’d be this quick (mind you I’m generally healthy and currently on the medication). All interactions were digital. Will be using them from now on.

Very slow response billed me for a…

Very slow response billed me for a order they are yet to fulfill this is now going one just over 3 weeks. This is the worst company staffed by incompetent people. But this would step from management that have no idea nor do the care what is going on.

Better than the rest.

Cheaper and just as effective as the other options out there. Have been very happy with the dosage, the no side-effects, and the ability to change or pause my subscription as needed.

1st off the price

1st off the price. I was paying more than double from the Felix, for the exact same product.
2nd, waking up again with rock hard morning wood.Can wake up at anytime and if my wife wants to play, no more going soft in the middle of sex.
Highly recommend.!!

The pricing is good

The pricing is good. But in my experience the only good thing they do well is apologize for poor service. An order placed Dec 10 will arrive in 14 days. I decided to try Rocky, costs more, but my order will arrive Monday. 3 days. Jupiter has been consistent in letting me down on delivery promises. I'm done.

Shipping is a problem

Ed ere as expected but shipping by Canada Post in the middle of a work to rule strike is nuts. If orders are continually sent by Canada Post will not reorder from Jupiter.
