Terrible Experience with PickYourTrail on Singapore Trip

My recent Singapore trip with PickYourTrail was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic knowledge. Despite booking a customized trip for my family, I received confusing, generic itineraries that didn’t match what was included in my package. When I questioned them, the staff was dismissive and didn’t provide clear answers.

They also failed to inform me of important details. For example, I requested an early airport transfer to visit Jewel, only to find out it wasn’t open until 10 AM, ruining my plans. Another example is the boat ride inside Madame Tussauds in Sentosa, which I had paid for. Upon arrival, I was told the boat ride had been closed for maintenance for over a month. Despite this, PickYourTrail issued me vouchers and didn’t provide a refund—completely unacceptable.

Most of the tours were booked through Viator, and they left us on our own. We often received vouchers late, sometimes the night before or the morning of the tour. The lack of driver details and personalized service was frustrating—drivers would arrive early or late, and we’d be left clueless. Since these were generic bookings, we were dropped off with no guidance, making it difficult to understand what was included.

The reason people choose customized trips is to avoid such hassles and get personal attention. Instead, we felt abandoned and had to navigate on our own.

To make matters worse, after the booking was complete, the operations team took over and their service was shockingly poor. They were rude and refused to assist, passing the blame back and forth.

Beware before booking with PickYourTrail. They promise a lot during the sales process, but the actual service is severely lacking.

Worst company. They are Froud. Don't waste money in Just dial.

AWFUL DISRESPECTFUL UNINTELIGENT COMPANY - a time ago they were informed they have used a pic of verrrrry famous Russian actress Margarita Terekhova as Larissa Tarkovskaya. And it is for a long time on internet. I believe many others have complained too. I know definitely my acquaintance did. I did a few times and - ZERO REACTION. Because for ununderstandable reasons trustpilot.com forbid to publish www, I am forbidden to provide evidence, was forced to delete. Stupidly.
