The team we've worked with have been really supportive during the rollout and implementation, maintaining good contact and adopting a really proactive, pragmatic and customer focused approach. Bryony Jones has been brilliant as our main contact, coordinating things for us and helping us work through any issues we encountered along the way.
The solution we've bought is well-liked by the inspectors and helps them work more safely and efficiently. No complaints whatsoever.

Exactly what you need when you need it!
I've been working with Ben and Kirsty at Surecam since I joined GBRailfreight as Road Fleet Manager almost three years ago and cannot fault Ben, Kirsty or any of the other team members at Surecam for both the level of service delivered and the immediacy of response to even our smallest request. All of our fleet is fitted with their equipment and whether it be assistance with retrieving camera footage or advice on how best to resolve any issues we face these guys always go above and beyond.

We have 120 vehicles running Surecam…
We have 120 vehicles running Surecam dual facing cameras for over a year now. Just for starters we’ve had zero hardware or software issues which is amazing!
We had a difficult choice to make in going with camera technology because we did experience some push back from drivers. However the end result was an 80% reduction in incidents the first year and the loss of drivers was minimal at 2%. The payback was immediate and going into the second year we have experienced yet an additional 50% reduction over the first year!
The video quality is amazing even at night. We have actually used video downloaded in defense for accidental and injury claims. This data is invaluable for a company and video tells a much greater story than telematics data.
The customer support is always on point and we have never gone over 24 hours without an explanation and resolution.
Top marks on support!!
We serve a rough industry with large trucks and small and Surecam is highly recommended for any operation!

Terrible camera and the ai system they use it garbage it captures and alerts wrong things 24/7
Said i could cancel free then sent a 3k bill
Said i could cancel if it didn’t like it
Never 1 video recovered tried for over a year
Then they sent a bill for thousands to cancel.
Horrible video/softwear/bad connection. They never fixed or upgraded any of the issues.
