We switched from Azuga to ClearPath at the first of the year. For the first 2 months everything was great. February 27th all of my cameras started showing offline. I emailed, called, emailed again and emailed again and again and again with no solution to my issue. They respond every time with this is going to take some more troubleshooting. Are you sure all your cameras have power? Yes, all my cameras have power and none of them are ajar. They do respond to your issue, but they seem to be incapable of fixing it. At this point I wouldn't recommend using ClearPath. I don't believe they have competent technical support.

Their customer service was excellent, and they took the time to answer every question thoroughly. Even though we ultimately didn’t move forward with ClearPath due to pricing differences, our experience with them was nothing but positive. They represented their company very well, and we truly appreciated their professionalism and support.

OK hardware but the worst customer service I have ever experienced. No call backs- no email. Chat messages with promises of help and a follow-up that never occurred.

We originally had Verizon GPS. Customer service is non-existent. We signed up with Clearpath and it has been fantastic. I had a module quit working and Hunter was able to clone it to another unit we weren't using. Got it taken care of right away, same day!

I truly appreciate the team at Clearpath. Our dispatchers like the interface that we use when tracking our technicians and when we had a recent glitch where a tracker was not reporting correctly it was addressed very quickly and backed up with follow through two different times to make certain that everything stayed working. ClearPath has been very open and transparent from the word "go". Connecting to support IF we need it, is super quick and easy via their web chat functionality. Whether it's urgent or just an idea, they are always very responsive and attentive. Additionally, our account manager, Cameron, is always very positive and eager to solve any issues, again, IF we have one, which is extremely seldom that we do! This is a complete 180 from what we were experiencing with our previous GPS service provider!
They have ALWAYS taken into consideration any ideas I or my team have had, and implemented that which they feasibly can, and continue to work with our ideas to further improve and add new functionality. It's very gratifying to know our thoughts and opinions turn into action!
ClearpathGPS is a great GPS tracker company. I have been using them for many years and I never had a problem. They are quick to respond if I have any questions or concerns with the trackers. They're a very reliable company. I definitely recommend CleathpathGPS!
