Mark was great explaining everything with amazing detail, gave me good training on how to navigate on azuga which really helped me have a better understanding of how azuga works and functions with all the features that are available
Where do I start
Where do I start? I came across Azuga through research on ChatGPT. I had called other companies, but their customer service was horrible, and the equipment was way too expensive for a small NEMT company like ours.
But when I called Azuga, a representative quickly picked up, and in less than 30 minutes, everything was completed over the phone. My equipment—including the GPS tracking system and safety camera—was free, and I even received an additional discount on top of that.
In less than three days, I received my equipment in the mail. My trainer, Alvin, was the best. Their system is so easy to learn—by the time my training was done, I could fully operate the dashboard.
There is one tool called “Breadcrumbs”—my favorite. It gives you the ability to see everything and also helps you train your employees on their shortcomings on the road.
What can I say… they deserve more than five stars. Give them a try today if you’re looking for reliable service without paying for expensive equipment. The cameras are top-notch and very clear.
Avoid future headaches and stay away from Azuga Fleet Mgmt
Absolutely most dishonest company we have worked with. Sales and support teams mislead on terms, pricing escalated each period and they initiated direct deduction of fees without permission. We will be filing a complaint with our Secretary of State. I would recommend staying far, far away.
