We had small problem over the delivery charge. However, this was quickly sorted by customer services.

Just Generators contacted to say there was an error on their website and have therefore offered a full refund, which should arrive in the next few days.
As they have resolved this quickly, I have updated to 4-star.

Ordered a Defender 14m 16A 230V 2.5mm Extension Cable
Received email to say out of stock. Would I take a Defender 1.5mm instead. Not ideal but I agreed.
Received a Znpon pro-elec cable today, which is a budget manufacturer, not a Defender!
Not happy - could buy these anywhere.
I've asked them to explain. Consumer protection violation or genuine error, which they are willing to rectify - at their cost. Ie full refund and free return?
I'll update once they reply to my 2 emails and on-line form

Generator bundle . 3stars
Purchase a generator bundle but not everything of the bundle was in stock . I was notified and given a few options about the item but I decided to wait for the item come back into stock . Staff most helpful
When the remaining bundle arrived one of the bundle items was wrong which delayed my electrician from coming . The after sales department was more than happy to help once I’d sent a photo of the item to prove they sent the wrong item .
Overall disappointed about out of stock and wrongly shipped item.
If it wasn’t for the minor shipping incident and out of stock Just generators would have got 5stars

Quick delivery and driver very helpful, not too happy with after sales I sent a e mail to company replied with e mail saying somebody will contact soon , all I wanted to know is generator ready to go or do I have to put engine oil in. I realise I had to put petrol in it . Still no response from there customer services .
