Good sales support. My generator arrived (Scottish Highlands) well packaged up and non the worse for its long journey. The handles and wheels were fitted on. I cannot wait for the next power cut!

Good service but I had a few problems.
Very helpful on the phone when I was choosing my generator and the service was quick and efficient. The courier sent a 32 ton truck to deliver the generator even though it couldn’t get down our drive. Their after service was reasonable although I couldn’t work out how best to earth the generator despite several e mails and in the end had to get advice from an electrician.

Ordered a Peamac 3000i
Ordered a Peamac 3000i, after the last storm and no electric for 2 days which turned into 5 days although it didn’t because the gen turned up as promised next day, easy to set up and use,quite and had plenty of power. Very happy

As you may be able to appreciate from phoning around, these units are moving very quickly at the present time so stock situations do change constantly. The payment was simply pre-authourised and was voided straightaway so will disappear from your transactions in due course but we are in the hands of the banking system for how long that takes.

Pramac Generator Purchase
The Pramac generator supplied by Just Generators was well packaged and delivered without delay. The purchasing process was straightforward. I have yet to run it, so cannot comment on the generators' performance. It appears to be solidly constructed. All-in-all a good experience.

The company involved had no interest in a fault that I was trying to explain was rude and obnoxious. And when I decide to buy a new generator I will not be buying from this company if you’re not a customer of theirs are simply do not want to help offer support clearly is on their website. Phoned for some advice on an issue with my diesel generator only to be told, “ we dont help non customers”
The fact i was looking at the possibility of having to buy a new one I think this company might be able to help. How wrong I was I was dealt with a rude individual Who didn’t care or was interested In anything I had to say regarding my fault with my generator. If and when It’s time to buy a new one. I certainly won’t be entertaining this company and will be spending my money elsewhere.

Expert advice and prompt service
I called Just Generators because I wasn't sure which generator would suit me best. After 10 minutes talking to an expert about the balance between noise, fuel tank size and power requirements, I homed in on the right generator for me. I then placed my order (it was competitive to anything else on line) and the generator was with me two days later. A very good experience all round.
