Landlord Bad Faith Security Disposition
It was convenient and worth my money; my landlord and I will probably end up in court, but she did make an attempt and responded by offering a smaller amount than is acceptable. The letter served its purpose and so I highly recommend it.

My experience with Justice Direct was… Above and beyond any expectations I had ever dreamed of.
My experience with Justice Direct was above and beyond expectations. I received my settlement in full within two weeks after the demand letter was delivered. I was absolutely shocked by the way the demand letter was written. Very professional, to the point and with such strength and force that the recipients of the letter had to retain a lawyer to see if it was legal.

Useful service for small claims disputes in California
Really good service for demand letters, etc. I am located abroad but had a legal dispute with Turo (car rental service), and thanks to Justice Direct I was able to send them a demand letter in the proper form and later resolve the dispute via arbitration.

Challenges
The site wouldn't allow me to enter the other party's legal name correctly on the demand letter form. The only way I could enter it was to include the other party's middle name. I contacted support the same day and got a generic response stating they were unsure why I was experiencing this issue along with an apology They added other customers were also experiencing technical issues.

Straightforward, patient, honest and understanding
I had my Facebook account hacked and Meta apparently did not have any form of customer support. After weeks of frustration I ended up having to send a demand letter. As someone who is not based in the US this was a daunting task, but JusticeDirect and its representatives were very understanding, accommodating and patient with me and my many questions. Luckily the demand letter resolved my issue and got me my facebook account back.

Finally taken care of
The management finally decided to repair the AC unit of my apartment, especially after I mentioned that if I decided to go through a small claims suit, I would make certain that the owners of my apartment complex would be named as co-dependents, which they certainly do not want that to happen.
