I am Canadian and my Facebook had been hacked and I had tried all avenues to contact Facebook (10 different email addresses, Meta help ticket, send hard copy mail to headquarters in California and New York and their lawyers), but had no responses from Facebook. I paid the $300 US to have Justice Direct take care of everything for a demand letter. On a Monday Facebook received the letter from my lawyer, on Tuesday FB's lawyer contacted me, Wednesday Facebook contacted me, and on Thursdsy I had my Facebook back. Justice Direct kept in contact with me every day about the status and was so professional.

They could do more for the price charged
I like the fact that there was an initial review of the evidence, but there were oversight by any representative of the final package before it was mailed. I had 1(one) document that slipped through that should have had the account number redacted, that wasn't. The cost far exceeded the quality of service.

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or frustration caused by the USPS delivery delay with your demand letter. Our goal is always to provide the best service possible.
As we previously explained via email, text, and phone, your letter was forwarded multiple times due to USPS forwarding instructions from the recipient. This introduced additional time in the delivery as the letter was being forwarded to a different address. Unfortunately, once USPS has possession of a letter, we have limited control over their operations. We understand that the USPS delay is frustrating and offered to reship your letter at no additional cost, but we never received your confirmation to proceed. :(
Ultimately, the letter was delivered to a different address than initially provided because of the recipient’s forwarding instructions. I’ve reviewed the Proof of Service from USPS, which shows the letter was picked up at the post office and signed for by a recipient’s representative. I will email you a copy for your records.
