Had a bit of difficulty trying to get the demand letter rerouted. I requested help, but had to pay again to send it to the correct address. Not cool. (btw they did not respond). I also found it strange why I had to pay a huge amount just to talk to a lawyer, just to NOT talk about my case. Why would I pay for that?

I'm so glad I found JusticeDirect.com! Needed help with getting my winter clothes and boots from my daughter who lives in Kentucky. I tried asking her nicely to return my stuff, and she returned a few items but not all and her attitude and comments were, "I don't know where they are." And she didn't care to look for them. So, Justice Direct sent her a demand letter upon my request and the day she received the demand letter she sent me a text stating she found my stuff and would be mailing it soon. She has until January 17,2025. I would have given a 5 star rating, but want to wait until my items arrive. The demand letter was very easy, JD has a form and you fill it in. The price was good as well. I'm retired and live on SSI, so money is tight. Will, use again if needed. Thank you, Justice Direct
