We would like to take a moment to address the concern you raised. The court confirmed they approved your request to appear virtually and emailed you the Zoom instructions on September 30th. Since the approval was granted and the Zoom instructions were emailed to you by the court directly, no further action was required on our end. While we do everything we can to help you get your day in court, we depend on your active participation in reviewing emails and mail from the court, as the court will send notices directly to you.
We understand the frustration this situation has caused and will continue to help you get your day in court.

I paid $30 and the letter never…
I paid $30 and the letter never arrived. Then, I got a notification it had arrived, when it was returned to me. Then, I was going to get a complimentary letter sent out, but they couldn't update the dates for me. I felt upset, but then I was fully refunded. I'm grateful for that

Superior service
This is a great service and easy to follow. The support is superb. Thank you so much for your help.
I tried another service and didn’t get any help. Small claims has gone online and the systems is different that the original way filing at the court house.
You can’t go wrong with justice direct!

Justice From Start to Finish
The demand letter sent by Justice Direct resulted in a settlement of my case. I was reluctant to undertake suing a big corporation, and I would not have pursued the undertaking without Justice Direct. My initial, multiple attempts to get some compensation were ignored. On the day the company received the demand letter from Justice Direct, I got a settlement offer I accepted. Thank you so very much.

I don't recommend this company!
My document supposedly got lost during the delivery process! Therefore this companies responds to this after a week or so was unexceptable. I saw scammers which was unfortunate.

You had placed an order with us on June 2nd for a demand letter. When the USPS delays occurred during delivery, we offered a free replacement and eventually issued a full refund on June 13th. Unfortunately, USPS delays can happen on rare occasions, but we stand by our service and will offer replacements and refunds when those delays happen.
