Easy California LLC Filing From Out of State
Filing a small claim for an LLC in California from out of state is not so easy. People's Clerk provides very clear steps, and is quick to reach out to confirm details I may have gotten wrong, and remind me of deadlines.

My 1st time doing anything in a legal sense, was apprehensive at first, but I knew I had to take some kind of action to get reimbursed. I filled out a demand letter and was satisfied, with how it was written. I also contacted other business to assist me, but I am sure this imposing letter helped.

Justice Direct and People Clerk did a great job!
Justice Direct and People Clerk did an excellent job of helping me organize and file my small claims case. They went the full route finding that my defendant was actually a branch of a national LLC. I may have had trouble collecting if they had gone the extra mile in researching that. Their help in completing the paperwork and arranging for service of process saved me hours of effort. Outstanding organization!
