We had a very good experience with this company - good van in good condition and all very fairly priced. The only reason this isn't a 5* rating is that the website had a glitch when we tried to book online and the refund process was a bit drawn out but just admin. Very good overall and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Had a great experience with Just vehicle solutions with my first vehicle hire at 78yrs old!! Always helpful when needed. Would have liked to have recieved the deposit back a little quicker than five days after the return of the vehicle, but apart from that I was very pleased.

I had a great hiring experience with Just Vehicle Solutions from the moment I went on their website. The booking system was simple and a real person (Lee) quickly emailed to confirm and at the same time offered to reduce the price as I didn’t need a full second day of hire. Customer service at every point of contact was polite, professional and pleasant. Just normal, fair and decent like businesses should be. It was so refreshing compared to the large corporate van hire experiences I’ve had.

I’ve rented from two other hire companies recently - Enterprise and NationwideHireuk, both with very unpleasant results. Enterprise cancelled at the last minute then took 2 months of chasing to get my money back. Nationwide (a very dodgy set up) abandoned their van in my garden for 10 days after the hire until I threatened them with the police! TBF the enterprise problems were out of the local managers hands, a common problem with large companies, Nationwide were just deliberately unprofessional with dubious help desk people, zero communication and fake assurances.

When I needed a Luton van this time, to help family move house, I did my research and looked for a small local company with good reviews. JVS fit the bill and for good reason, their reviews were genuine. They are the real deal - a smaller, family owned business that understands customer experience is everything. And they were cheaper! I rarely bother leaving feedback and if I do it’s usually because it’s negative, but with these guys I’m more than happy to share my excellent experience. Thanks Lee and the team, I’ll be recommending your services to everyone I know.

Convenient, reasonably priced polite efficient service , booked a car at short notice with no problem, returned earlier than expected and got a partial refund. Will definitely use these again.

Easy to complete. Van was excellent condition and clean. I have rebooked it. Friendly team.

The car was delivered well before my stated time and I was given a walk around inspection of confirmed blemishes. It was an automatic which was a little weird getting used to but it drove very well.
Upon return, the checking process was swift and my deposit was returned within an acceptable timeframe.

Hired a brand new vw transporter van for just a day, booked on line, used their insurance. Trouble free collection. Very friendly staff, I went slightly over the mileage limit but left more diesel in the van. Wasn't charged any extra for the mileage for which I'm very grateful. Returned 24 hours later and just afew minutes to hand back. Will definitely use again as great value for money for the spec of vehicle. Many thanks

Went above and beyond. Booked a car but when I got it home to load a wheelchair into the boot realised I hadn’t booked a big enough car….called just vehicle solutions and they were amazing. Upgraded to other car at no additional cost so we could have our family day out. Collection (both times 😂) and drop off very quick and professional experience. Have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely use again.

Needed vehicle at very short notice, which was provided within 48hrs. Process was very efficient, thorough and transparent. When collecting vehicle, Lee took his time to show me all the functions of the vehicle, allowed me to take my time to fully inspect the vehicle.
